We are witnessing an astounding performance by The One now on TV. Obama just gave a content-free "economic address" in which he announced that he is "appointing good people to his team" and then naming two.
The real news is that this is being followed by a Twilight Zone press conference in which he has pre-chosen friendly reporters and is calling upon them while refusing to ask for questions from any other reporters present. I have never seen such a shabby performance by a president-elect. He is using the pre-chosen "reporters" (with, presumably, pre-arranged questions) to trumpet his ideas and plans without fear of being challenged.
With the drooling lapdog press in his doggie basket, The One clearly plans to avoid taking any questions for the next four years. I guess Obama's "Fairness Doctrine" means no nasty questions.
Overall, Obama is running on and on about how he is going to solve our economic problems through "new ideas," "rejecting politics," and "working in a bipartisan manner" (which clearly does not involve being actually questioned by reporters).
I saw parts of it. He got a b*** j** from every ‘reporter’ there. They did, after all, get him elected so it’s no surprise they all had nothin’ but big old hearts shining in their eyes. Does the MSM man crush on Obama mean he’s the first gay President?
I think the American people seem to have to have a good, big dose of liberalism every so often just to remind them of how asinine the liberals are when in control (example: Carter, and to some extent Clinton, before the Republican Congress came in and throttled his big liberal plans two years into his term). Of course, Obama was the media’s big Affirmative Action project.
They'll just take a page from the Clinton playbook and blame it on bitter, religious, gun clingers from the rural Right.

It is quite childish and just shows how insecure this person is. He thinks he needs to advertise (like he is back in da'hood) how important he is.
This imposture is trying, through the subliminal message of his podium sign, to make himself immune to the challenges to his ascendancy to the Presidency.
By the way the sign is to big! It makes him look small standing behind it (not that he isn't)!
He can’t hide forever, and he knows it. The truth is, once you get past all the pretty words and lofty catch-phrases, he doesn’t have a clue about how to fix the economy.
I’ve noticed in my city that the minorities who get promoted to jobs for which they have no expertise, knowledge base or capabilities, ALWAYS hide behind a grandiose title........and pass off the real work to others.
But they are always quick to make you address them
by their title. Style over substance.
