Haven’t watched Matthews in years. See no reason to start now.
Junk like this is a big reason I don’t watch much of anything on TV. One of the advantages to having a hundred channels is that something else is always on. I can watch a reality show of some guy cleaning up toxic waste, or some other guy remodeling a bathroom, or some other people doing yoga. Or I can flip over and just listen to music. Why ever I would tune in and listen to these people vent their spleens on camera I can not imagine; its their failure of imagination to imagine I would.

If Matthews is attempting to transition from a "serious" serious news discussion show to the Jon Stewart style comedy/entertainment show, he should try wearing a great big red nose while reading jokes the DNC sends him.
Maybe a Larry Fine type wig, too. Barnicle can tear out big handfuls of hair whenever Chris mispronounces words.
