Operation: Destroy Sarah Palin

Posted on 11/22/2008 7:16:14 AM PST by Lloyd Marcus

Her VP nomination acceptance speech was amazing, energizing and excited millions. She was sharp, wholesome, down to earth, boldly conservative and beautiful. Then, the liberal media, blatantly committed to getting Obama elected, set out to destroy her. “Sarah Palin is stupid” was their mantra. Every late night talk show host, biased liberal TV interviewer, biased liberal newspaper reporter and democrat talking head united to create the paradigm, “Palin is an idiot”.

Suddenly, every word out of Sarah's mouth was under severe scrutiny. Who could survive such a tsunami of attacks on their intellect? Meanwhile, Obama saying the US has 57 states barely drew a mention.

Even the National Organization for Women did not defend Palin. Her Conservative traditional values do not fit their liberal agenda. Palin chose to have her Down Syndrome baby rather than abort it. Sarah proved that a woman can have a thriving family and successful career. She loves and respects her husband without feeling subservient to him. All this rubs the NOW gang the wrong way. But what REALLY ticks them off, Sarah Palin is pretty.

What liberals did to this great woman was vicious and mean. And yet, liberals are perceived as the advocates of women and minorities. Here is the reality. If you're black and become a U.S. Supreme Court Justice via education and hard work rather than Affirmative Action, liberals try to destroy you. If you're a strong woman running for Vice President of the United States, they seek to destroy you for not subscribing to their left ideology.

When will folks “GET IT!” Liberals don't give a hoot about women or minorities. They only worship at the feet of their gods which are Power and Control.

Lloyd Marcus, President NAACPC (National Asso.for the Advancement of Conservative People of Color)

Good news, bad news just get the spelling right. They did the same thing to GW before he became President and next election she will go in w/40-60% of the Republican vote.

Pray for W, Gov Palin and Our Troops

Interesting! So the “Conservative” Party in New York is not conservative. Another party hijacked...

” Here degree after seven years is a Bachelors in Sociology. Plus how could she let the media walk on her when she was part of the media establishment her first job?”

According to Wiki, this young working woman pulled off her degree in Journalism in just over five years. Why are you making things up?

In 1982, she enrolled at Hawaii Pacific College, but left after her first semester. She transferred to North Idaho community college, where she spent two semesters as a general studies major. From there, she transferred to the University of Idaho for two semesters.[11][12] During this time Palin won the Miss Wasilla Pageant,[13][14] then finished third in the 1984 Miss Alaska pageant,[15][16] at which she won a college scholarship and the “Miss Congeniality” award.[8] Afterwards, Palin attended the Matanuska-Susitna community college in Alaska for one term. The next year she returned to the University of Idaho where she spent three semesters completing her Bachelor of Science degree in communications-journalism, graduating in 1987.”

Thank you for your excellent post. If you have a pro-Palin ping list...please add me.

In the weeks since the election, there have been multiple...'its all Palin's fault' or 'after Palin, who was the weakest VP selection?' threads HERE on FR. I was amazed at the piling on here. Ronald Reagan's Eleventh Commandment (though shalt not speak ill of another Republican) means nothing...yet the Dems (and their media minions) have learned the mantra 'thou shalt NEVER speak ill of 0bama.'

I am very proud to say that I was one of the handful of early Palin promoters here on FR. I learned of her, and her political stances about a year and half or so ago. I was 'called out' and asked on another thread what she brought to the McCain ticket (the theme of the thread was she hurt JohnnyMc). After my blood pressure subsided...I posted a reply. There are FReepers here (w/their own agendas) who actually believe Romney, Ridge, Pawlenty, et al., would have made the McCain ticket win.

UnFReaking believable!

Gad, Pawlenty and Ridge aren't even real Republicans, and certainly aren't Conservatives.

I've seen those threads too.

Anyone that still crows about “dinosaur, dead, old media” need only look at this past election cycle to see that they’re still very, very effective.

Oh...and let us not forget true scum...Letterman.

I hesitate to write this, but I wonder how many of those who show their hatred for Sarah hate her because she chose life for Trig, and somewhere in their past, they chose death for their own child. It seems to me that many who hate her have either no children or just one.

"I think Bill Clinton's foreign policy experience, prior to his election, consisted of negotiations with Oklahoma."

Actually, he spent two years in England in Oxford’s graduate program where was so busy smoking dope and shagging British Lefty chicks that he never earned his post graduate degree.

While attending Oxford he also found time to tour the USSR but details about his time there are sketchy and he has never been willing to expound on the trip - where he went and the people he spoke with are clouded in typical Clinton double-talk and misdirection.

Bill Clinton - Rhodes Scholar and Vietnam Draftee

"Just prior to his graduation from Georgetown, he won a prized Rhodes scholarship to study at Oxford University in England for two years. However, he faced being drafted for the Vietnam War due to a change in federal policy that eliminated almost all college deferments. His local draft board in Arkansas, however, allowed him to sail for England.
While in England, Clinton received his draft notice. He then returned to Arkansas, and with the help of Fulbright's office and that of Governor Winthrop Rockefeller, managed to persuade the admissions staff of the Reserve Officers' Training Corp (ROTC) program at the University of Arkansas Law School to accept him the next fall. Instead he returned to Oxford"

So it is clear that while in England he received his draft notice but was able to avoid the draft with some political influence and chicanery.

This is when he wrote his infamous CYA letter denouncing the draft and the Vietnam war and thanking the commander of the University of Arkansas ROTC Program for pulling strings to get him set up with a ROTC deferment that he never earned.

Clinton's Draft Avoidance

Yep, I agree 100% and have said so many times here in FR. Unless we take back the msm, and schools, it is over for conservatives.
