So much for his upcoming oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.

Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.

I, too, am raising the stakes.

Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

There is no third category of naturalized at birth.

There is a case that has been distributed for conference, on December 5, that makes exactly this allegation. Had the issue been so cut and dried as you imply, I'd imagine Donofrio would have been denied on merit. It wasn't, so you have no way of knowing this at all.

It my theory that Stanley Ann and baby Barack flew direct from Kenya to Vancouver, British Columbia with a stopover in London. Since Kenya was a British colony at that time, it is logical that a flight from Kenya to London and a direct polar route from London to Vancouver, BC would make sense. There the baby could be officially registered quickly and Stanley Ann could get down to Seattle (where the University of Washington is located)to register for fall classes.

It is my theory that Barack Obama Sr got his wealthy father to finance Stanley Ann's plane flight to Vancouver BC and her education. I also think that Barack Obama Sr failed to get his father's blessing and he was told in no certain terms that all chances of inheritance were off if he did not terminate the marriage. I think they sent Stanley Ann and baby Barack off to Seattle as a ruse to distance her from Barack Sr. From information I read, Stanley Ann was totally ignorant of the tactics being used to get her out of his life. Once this tactic was accomplished, Stanley Ann was out of Barack Sr’s life, taking anthropoligy classes and mathematics at the University of Washington with a baby to care for.

I think the plane flight went from Kenya to London to Vancouver BC because you need to look at the geography of the situation. If Stanley Ann flew back to Hawaii, think of the distance involved and the cost. This route was the cheapest way for Barack Sr to get Stanley Ann and baby Barack our of his life.

Funny enough, the suppressed document that bothers me most (with the exception of the BC) is the Department of Education State of Hawaii school records. They are the 2nd record of contact with authorities that would have provided not only Date & Place of Birth, but also a legitimate birth name and record of vaccination that identified where he was raised. No one enrolls in Public School in Hawaii without records, yet he is identified in a class photograph but the records are non-existent. I have listed questions that would answer that if you would oblige.

When some long time poster remind everyone that nobody has even proved the BC he posted on his website, or the one factcheck has high res photos of are fake, people unwilling to concede the point shift the goal posts, react angrily, or ignore.

Where is anyone getting the 800k figure to defend against these suits?

Who that needs to see the documents has been refused?

How is Annenberg in on this conspiracy?

Did the state of HI perpetrate this fraud years ago when Obama got his passport?

1. There isn’t a single name associated to a refusal to comply.

None.

2. Obama has a passport, drivers license, and social security number.

3. What evidence do you have that he has ever refused to show the bc?

4. What evidence do you have that any official has been denied a request for necessary documentation?

The issue here is if Obama was born outside the country. That's when the rule of where mom, a US citizen, resided for how long comes into play.

By the way, that leads to yet another issue. States can issue birth certificates to children born outside of the US when the family comes back into the country. That's why the actual details of the birth certificate are so important. A certificate of live birth is different and would be required in this case as I understand it. He would not have qualified as “natural born” if he was born outside the country because of his parents status at the time even though he may have been issued a birth certificate when he entered the country.

Did you know states can issue birth certificates to children brought into the country without actually being born in that state? Normally that isn’t important, but in this case it is.

I admit to being ignorant of the laws on all this. It can be very confusing, but why should he keep his electors which he (if proven ineligible) won by a fraud? That may in fact be the case, but it doesn’t sound very just.

The details matter.

States can issue “birth certificates” to new born child entering the country with a US parent. The difference is it isn't a certificate of live birth. A birth certificate will get you a passport, etc. It isn't enough, in it self, to prove natural born citizen as required by the constitution.

This issue has been going on some time now. All Obama had to do to bring it to an end is provide his certified certificate of live birth to the media and they would have been happy to put the rummor to rest. But instead Obama has fought it every step of the way. Why?
