Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.
Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.
I, too, am raising the stakes.
Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

Even if Barry's true birth certificate shows he was born in Hawaii, there may be embarrassing info on it. Who's his real Daddy? A question that is still unanswered: How did an 'American', using the name 'Barry Soetoro' get an Indonesian passport and travel to Pakistan in the early 80's?
McCain is a natural-born citizen because both his parents were US citizens at the time of his birth. His parents were stationed in the Canal Zone. He doesn’t have to have been born in a military hospital (I don’t think he was, I think he was born in a near by, non US hospital outside of the Canal Zone, but it doesn’t matter) or even on US soil.

But he wasn't born to US citizens, just a single US Citizen. Then the rules change. That US Citizen parent must, under the law as it was in 1961, have resided in the US for 10 years prior to the birth, which his mother did, and 5 of those years must be after the age of 14. His mother was 18, barely, when he was born. The law has since been changed, but not retroactively. It's now 5 years, 2 after age 14.
If not born in the US, he's not a natural born citizen. He could be a citizen, if naturalized, but he could not be natural born.

He may be a citizen(maybe not) even if that condition exists, having been born over seas He is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.
The qualifiers are:
Naturally Born Citizen
35 Years of age
14 years in the USA
No they can vote for anyone they please, except those from 24 states must vote for whom they were pledged too. However there likely is an "out" if the person dies or is otherwise disqualified. But even if they did have to vote for The One, others would vote for other Dems, and then when the House DQ'd him, or no candidate got a majority of the votes, then the Election would go to the House, with each state getting only 1 vote.. however they are restricted to voting among the top 3 electoral college vote getters. If there no "rogue" electors, then that would be McCain. But I suspect there would/will be rogues, and at least one other Democrat would get at least one electoral vote. That 'rat would then be picked by the House as the next President.
It's all there in the Constitution, except what to do when a candidate is found to be disqualified, *after* the selection of the electors pledged to him.

What makes anyone think Obama could request anything other than the colb he received the last time he requested his birth certificate?
What official has asked for his bc and been refused warranting your claim he is trying to suppress his BC?
Do you believe any citizen should be able to request such info?
Should the president set up a special office to show all and sundry whatever documents of his they want?
Is there precedent for such requests?
What makes anyone think that the 25 million second generation Americans that qualify for dual citizenship at birth are prohibited from running for president?
If no case law exists what makes anyone think the scotus is going to make new law to overturn the will of the people?
And finally, how does any of this help grow our party to a winnable size for 2010 midterms?
Who should be bitch slapped if Berry is exposed as a fraud after he is sworn in as president? There must be tons of incompetence in the government and media if a foreigner could steal the highest office in the land without breaking a sweat. The American people might have finally elected enough morons to bring about the total failure that comes before a revolution.

I’m grateful that things are turning around on this. With now two suits on the docket of the Supreme Court (Berg’s & Donofrio’s) at least those with the power to stop this insanity are taking it seriously.

An early inaguration would be one such thing, another would be inaguration of a non natural born citizen.
But I don't think the military would do anything, including interfer with any "movement" to remove the usurper from the people's house, along with any electors, or House members who would vote for such an ineligible candidate.
