When some long time poster remind everyone that nobody has even proved the BC he posted on his website, or the one factcheck has high res photos of are fake, people unwilling to concede the point shift the goal posts, react angrily, or ignore.
Where is anyone getting the 800k figure to defend against these suits?
Who that needs to see the documents has been refused?
How is Annenberg in on this conspiracy?
Did the state of HI perpetrate this fraud years ago when Obama got his passport?

States can issue “birth certificates” to new born child entering the country with a US parent. The difference is it isn't a certificate of live birth. A birth certificate will get you a passport, etc. It isn't enough, in it self, to prove natural born citizen as required by the constitution.
This issue has been going on some time now. All Obama had to do to bring it to an end is provide his certified certificate of live birth to the media and they would have been happy to put the rummor to rest. But instead Obama has fought it every step of the way. Why?

Also, if you would have been alert to the postings on this thread, you would have seen post #111. It shows the type of Certificate of Live Birth that was typical of what was produced in 1961. Note the information is entered by a typewriter. This is what should be posted on Obama's website. Instead, we get a fabrication. What does that tell you about our new president?

I am not sure what your question asks. If you are asking, why Hawaii does not give a document to those who request it, the answer is simple: Hawaii releases such documents to those who have sufficient cause. The level of sufficient cause for some reason (I think you can guess) has been raised to the level that it is impossible to get such a document. Did you guess the same reason I did? Yes, I think Barack Obama is applying legal pressure on the State of Hawaii not to release the document.

It seems that what you are really saying is one does damage to the party by asking questions. Yes, I am asking questions and posing theories in a pursuit of the truth. Since the Obama, the One, the Big Brother, refuses to produce the document and tell the truth, he stands before the American public the accused. And like any case of law, we can piece together the truth of the matter using the forensic tools available to us.
