Illustrating the national security risk posed by illegal immigrants, a Middle Eastern man who fraudulently obtained U.S. residency has been charged with selling sophisticated technology and other goods to a terrorist sponsoring nation.
The Iranian man and a fellow countryman violated the U.S. embargo by selling fuel-cell technology, centrifuges, computer equipment and other materials to Iran which has long been designated a sponsor of terrorism by the U.S. government. In fact, the State Department lists Iran as the most active state sponsor of terrorism because its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were directly involved in the planning and support of terrorist acts.
Incredibly, two Iranian nationals lived freely in the U.S. and for years provided the country with technology. This is common. I know a fellow who sells electronic parts. He is extremely careful who he sells to. He showed me a list of people arrested and they were all illegals and most from the middle east or china. The Feds don’t screw around with this stuff.
A sane person would argue that it makes more sense to clamp down on people who are in the United States. By allowing fewer people in here, we cut our bureaucracy, and hence our costs. But we do not do this. Rather, we set up addition federal groups to protect us from those who have do not belong here. We therefore double our costs! Insane!
WHAT? We are told illegals cause us no problems, they are all just good hard working people who just want a better life. Can it be possible that those of us that have been trying to sound an alarm on this issue for years are right- Illegals threaten our National Security!!! We must do all we can to stop illegal immigration!

You are right. As an EE I once worked for a company producing land mobile radio systems. It was a privately held company owned by people from the Middle East.
They were NOT in the business of selling radios and repeaters.
They were in the business of providing Saddam Hussein and others with all sorts of encryption devices and communications systems that were ILLEGAL to export.
When the mostly American staff of engineers discovered this, almost all of us left.
The FBI and other agencies were on to them though, and they disappeared from the scene.
We all learned about this when a marketing guy came back from a trip to Baghdad supposedly to sell systems to the Baghdad Fire Department. He was quite shaken and passed on to the rest of us that the people he met over there were more interested in encrypted military comm systems.
