Evidence of why judges do NOT like cameras in their courtrooms to expose their buffoonery.

There has got to be more to the story than what is in this video. It looks kinda like a set up/stunt.
Still, I see judges all the time and there are those douchebag/ego-maniacs out there.

You’d better start believing that you will see these scenes happen more in the not too distant future.

They were going to have him arrested either way. His name was called as he was in the process of sitting - if he failed to stand at the prompt of his name, he would have been arrested as well. The purest form of setup. Straight out of a third-world kangaroo court.
Every person involved, from the judge to those making the arrest, should be fired and forever banned from serving in government in any capacity.

I'm sure that he meant the man sat too slowly...

This judge knew he was going to go after Ian already. Since when do you see two uniformed deputies and two undercover officials in a court room for such a small case. Only murder cases involving gangs have such a heavy officer force in attendance. This was premeditated and this judge needs to get kicked off the bench or at least some kind of disciplinary action given to him. If I were Ian, I would fight this after my jail sentence is completed and get money from that liberal state.

I can already see Barack Obama thinking of appointing him to Supreme court. God help us all.

Arbitrary “contempt of court” charges are BS.
Mustn’t you be duly convicted of such a charge?

"
This was premeditated"
Might I suggest that this might be standard procedure inside this judge's courtroom, and that his crony deputies were quite used to it?

Contempt gets you in the pokey without trial. I guess it can be appealed ... A guy admitted lying to the judge on a bad check case and was on the way to the security complex in 20 minutes. And I LIKE this particular judge.

It shows how authority goes to the heads of idiots. Government is more dangerous today than ever.
