This judge knew he was going to go after Ian already. Since when do you see two uniformed deputies and two undercover officials in a court room for such a small case. Only murder cases involving gangs have such a heavy officer force in attendance. This was premeditated and this judge needs to get kicked off the bench or at least some kind of disciplinary action given to him. If I were Ian, I would fight this after my jail sentence is completed and get money from that liberal state.

Might I suggest that this might be standard procedure inside this judge's courtroom, and that his crony deputies were quite used to it?

Given the video, I'm thinking that a civil case malpractice jury might have the judge providing the young man with a nice retirement package.
