Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, AIP leaders sue in CA court to obtain Obama citizenship proof, stop Secretary of State from certifying Electors
Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, vice-presidential candidate Wiley S. Drake, and the Chairman of the American Independent Party, Markham Robinson, have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento seeking to bar Secretary of State Debra Bowen from certifying to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the names of Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a “natural born” citizen of the United States, and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain.
In addition, they have asked that the court issue a peremptory writ barring Senator Obama’s California Electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until such documentary proof is produced and verified.

The matter won’t go away among those of us who are suspicious of Obama anyway.
In court, however, especially liberal courts, I think this WILL go away very quickly.
The Gov of Hawaii, the President or the Secy of State could clear this up also. At least two of those have taken oath’s to uphold the Constitution of the US and have access to the records.
The blame for political chaos goes to the DNC. Not any person, group or judge who needs to clean up after their mess.
I do hope that something will come out of this - if for no other reason than to some how embarrass Obama. I just don’t see that happening. I think most courts will stay away from this issue for jurisdictional reasons. The liberals just don’t want this to become a mainstream issue.
Now, if the public, or the press, ever becomes completely disenchanted with Obama...then maybe this will become a real issue in the MSM or courts.

We should have Allen Keyes and Sarah Palin be the ones who verify the document.
When these stories first started appearing about bho I thought it was all a crock. Tin foil hat time. But, as months have passed and numerous lawsuits have been filed and thousands have been spent to keep the b.c. under wraps, it makes you wonder. Enquiring minds want to know. He cannot or will not produce a birth certificate.
