WASHINGTON – Because it has abandoned moral absolutes and its historic Christian faith, the U.S. is moving closer to a Nazi-style totalitarianism, warns a former German member of the Hitler Youth in a new book.
"Every day brings this nation closer to a Nazi-style totalitarian abyss," writes Hilmar von Campe, now a U.S. citizen, and author of "Defeating the Totalitarian Lie: A Former Hitler Youth Warns America."
Von Campe has founded the national Institute for Truth and Freedom to fight for a return to constitutional government in the U.S. – a key, he believes, to keeping America free.

One of the first things that 0bama will do is rescind an executive order denying funds for foreign countries to use for abortions - and these governments DO force abortions.
Supporting 0bama constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil.
I’m afraid they don’t recognize negative consequences because they think they are moving in a positive direction with CHANGE. I now gag on that word.

Nearly all evil regimes and pernicious tyrants have been born on the heals of economic collapse. They draw like maggots the dependent and those ignorant of the blessings wrought from virtue. They want revolutionary change for the sake of novelty or false security. The greatness of the Reagan era is that he inspired in Americans pride, honor and nobility, and that in life (like in the movies), good always prevails over evil. Virtue and the American way would bring about prosperity and not “our father who art in Washington.” It was “God Our Father” Who would lead us to victory, by keeping His Commandments and not by our own strength. The Bush - Clinton - Bush era saw the slow selling of America to foreign anti-American regimes. Economic collapse and panic have ensued and along comes the charismatic revolutionary Obama promising hope to the fearful masses. A groundless hope based on empty promises, Obama is about change but not a change for good but an evil sinister revolution of socialism; another Animal Farm.

People become enamored with collectivist promises and usually are willing to accept some of the hardships while utopia is just over the horizon, “if only they empower the government enough to get us there.”

What are you going on about? The Germans indeed had a Constitution and “German” philosophy stretched back hundreds of years. All any Constitution needs to be ruined is one or more willing legislative body.

I told many O supporters how my older Russian, Polish, German, etc. friends were scared to death of what they witnessed during the run-up... they said it was how it started in the past, they lived it; There are also bold journos in Africa, who warned us as well.

I once studied to understand how the Jews got in such a shape as they did in Nazi Germany.
Most difficult book I ever read was Hanna Arndt’s “The Origins of Totalitarianism”, it was her effort to explain it.
To this day I am still not sure that I understood all of what she tried to convey. The language structure was extremely taxing.
It might be time for me to re-read it, with the U.S. in mind.
The Amemrican people are about to get what they so rightfully deserve.
No I do not deserve. I pay my bills, I am not a welfare person. I worked through physical problems many others would not have, and declined SS when I qualified.
And there are many others like me. We get painted with a wide brush instead of allowing that not every one is a worthless leech. And no I did not vote for Obama. Nor will I watch the process on tv that so many seem to be in a frenzy to see.

I was explaining to an Indian fellow the other day about how the Constitution is supposed to work. He immediately had questions: then how do they get income tax? why are government agencies so large?
I explained that FDR effectively gutted the Constitution by threatening to pack the court (and that could be done again). I also explained that schools don't teach patriotism or constitutional restrictions on government. Even back in the 1960s they were telling us in [some] schools that the constitution was a "living document." I went to school in California and Arizona back then so there were a variety of views. A lot of the older teachers had the old values they had grown up with. Now I wonder who's getting taught what.
Are we in the last days; is Obama the anti-christ? As I was driving today I thought about how awful it is to be soon “ruled” over by someone who has anti-values. Then realizing that so many in the world have that now and have had it a long time. We have been lucky so far, but now “our” time has come.
Ask someone how obama’s idea of collectivization of agriculture will be done.
There are a good many leftists who know exactly where we are heading.
Yet today, I am called a dangerous extremist by the MSM for believing that babies are people and have rights.
I am seriously wondering if it is time to flee to a new land. I just wish I knew where to go.
If decent Americans don’t get hauled out in the night to be slaughtered by the millions. They haul people out in the still of the night while they are sleeping ever so soundly. No time to get the gun locked away and if you did it would be fruitless against their armed many. What can be done before it is too late?
But the one thing we should never consider is surrendering, moving on and giving up. That's what the Enemy wants.
This is a war on multiple levels and the deck is stacked in their favor on most.
But we have the upper hand in areas they never will. Faith in God, and truth. When we properly organize and fight under those two banners - God and Truth, we win.
