Just like it is. And I live in a Red county in Colorado!

A lot more blue on that map than 4 years ago, though.

There's got to be some way to get all the blues in one area, and all the reds in another. We're certainly not compatible, we have irreconcilable differences, can't we just get a divorce?
Oh, but then the blues would want separate maintenance and child support money .. ..... forgot about that.

Yes. But the map shows the greatest liberal gains are in their strongholds. They haven't won over small town and Middle America.

EVERY COUNTY in NH has gone blue, from a reliably GOP state just a decade or so ago.
What the hell happened?

I'm almost starting to think that only landowners should.

Massachusetts took over New England. Its
histoire.

San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura County all flipped from red to blue in CA. Several other counties in wine country also followed suit.

Didn’t you recently move to Colorado?
I live in a red Colorado county as well!

“They haven’t won over small town and Middle America.”
In Indiana, Obama eeked out a less than 1% win, but the Repub Governor, Mitch Danuels, was relection by a margin of 65-34.
I think that tells more about the Republican Candidate, than it does any “Seismic Shift”.
It’s really pretty simple, we get better Candidates, we get more votes...

I would basically agree - or at least those that aren’t landowners have only partial voting rights...i.e...they can’t vote on property tax legislation, for example.

The Sooner State of Oklahoma is ALL red! I don’t think that people realize how few Republicans are in some of the counties that went red.
Wish we could export Oklahoma values to other states that have way too much blue!

Have you talleyed up the number of votes for each race. Some ballots only had votes for Obama and no other races in some states.
