Last night on Fox Dick Morris stated he is NOT a Republican he IS a Conservative.
Did anyone else see this?
He also ws pushing the website GOP something or other, I forget the nqme. But said he thinks it can be the conservative answer to Moveon.org.
I'd like to know what you guys think of this statement by Dick Morris.
He LOVES Sarah Palin too!

It has been obvious for a while what Morris’s politics were. Hardly a startling revolation.

Well he did get his start working for Jesse Helms IIRC. I think he is a conservative oppurtunicrat, as the illustrious Don King describes himself.
Problem is...he's almost never right.

Dick Morris has always had some interesting political insight which could work to our advantage if the right people would be willing to use his knowledge.....
A lot of people living in this country believe that they are a conservative. It’s only because they are too embarrassed to admit that they are a wacked out liberal(”progressive”).
Compared to Obama, Trotsky was almost a conservative.
I watched and laughed out loud when he said it. He’s a conservative in a relative sense, I suppose, when compared to other Leftists.

Dick Morris converted to Catholicism. Most converts to the faith follow a decidely conservative trajectory in political thought. It’s usually the conservative teaching tradition of the Church that attracts them in the first place.
I met him on a plane once to alabama, he was a nice guy. I like his opinions when he;s on fox. Sure he worked for Clinton, but if anything is going to make a guy take a hard swing to the right, it’d be the chubby chaser.

Laughable at best. So is he the pro-abortion type conservative? Or the anti-gun type conservative? Wait, let me guess again... maybe the pro-illegal immigration/amnesty type conservative?
We have enough of those type conservatives.
