BAGHDAD — The U.S. military says U.S. and Iraqi forces have killed a senior Al Qaeda in Iraq leader in the Tarmiyah area north of Baghdad.
A U.S. statement says the Al Qaeda leader, known as Abu Ghazwan, was killed Thursday during a raid on a weapons cache.

Good for Bush they are trying to get them all before Obama allows them all to have a tea party.
Maybe Obama can hurry over there and raise him from the dead. /s
He’ll be too busy trying to resucitate his followers here when they realize he’s not the second coming of Christ but some hack politician from Chicago.

I guess every week AQ has to assign a new ‘senior’ leader. I suspect their age and experience has seriously dropped, making them not so ‘senior’ anymore.
