I suspect that the hills of West Virginia are similar to our Blue Ridge Mountains. In fact, it might be part of the Blue Ridge. We can make a day trip to Maggie Valley and parts of the Blue Ridge mountains of NC since they are so close. We’ll have to make a trip to WV someday if I can find somebody to take care of all these dogs. My farm is a lot like Townsend in the Smokies, if you’ve ever been there. I have a few pictures of our farm on my profile.

On a side note, yesterday I told my husband I couldn’t get on the internet. He came over and looked at my computer for a few minutes and started laughing. He said the web was fine, it was Free Republic that was down.... and for *me* that meant the web was down. Since Free Republic is my home page it never occured to me to look anywhere else.
