A fairly impressive internet industry has sprung up claiming that Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia. This is nonsense which distracts from the broadly unexplored story of Obama’s upbringing. This kind of nonsense has emerged because the McCain campaign chose not to raise the many questions about Barack Obama’s numerous hard-left alliances. Barack Obama was born in Hawai`i, August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
Obama’s birth certificate posted online is exactly the same birth certificate everybody in Hawai`i gets from the State Department of Health. It is not forged. There is nothing unusual about the design or the texture. In addition to the birth certificate, the August 13, 1961 Honolulu Advertiser also carries an announcement of Obama’s birth. The Honolulu Star-Bulletin also carries the same announcement. Both papers require submission of a copy of the birth certificate to print a birth announcement.
By refusing media requests for a look at the actual paper birth certificate, Obama’s campaign gave sly backhanded assistance to the forgery hype.

Throw on top of that people following red herrings of fonts and image strangeness on the certification of live birth that could be explained by the fact that it was beaten to death by JPEG compression leaving all sorts of image artifacts on it.
Just did a very quick (and very incomplete) search of the Massachusetts Dept of Vital Records website and it looks like you're incorrect.On the form through which you order a record by mail it asks for your name and mailing address but I see no requirement to state your "relationship" to the person whose record you're ordering.
I know that that *used* to be the case a few years back because I did it.I saw the official records of...and got copies of them....people to whom I had *no* legal or familial connection (don't ask why....it's a long story).
If you wish to and are able to...point me to the place where it says only certain "classes" of people can see a person's records.
Doesn't matter where it was hosted, the article was posted by some Nigerian guy who has no direct knowledge or credibility. It is simply agitprop.
The laws have been gone over here thoroughly, there is no such circumstance in 1961 unless his mother was sent to Kenya to give birth and sent back within a few weeks.

The $2 reproduction has been produced and displayed on the internet for anyone to see. There is zero chance of them being photoshopped to change any text (see the high res folded versions for that). What hasn’t been produced, as has been pointed out here again, is the original typed version filed in some cabinet in Hawaii. But if the official reproductions do not match that one, then the State of Hawaii has big problems.

I know under California law I needed to sign a notarized affidavit to get a copy of mine a few months ago. IIRC, to get a BC I’d need to certify that it was me, a direct blood relative (parent or child), or that I shared a common ancestor with the person in question.
From everything I’ve heard Hawaii shares the same rules. I’m astonished that Massachusetts doesn’t.
It’s moot in any event, the Governor of Hawaii has ordered that they are to do everything in their power to keep a copy of 0bama’s BC out of the hands of the press.
Makes absolutely no sense in any possible context.
If he had a real, 100% provable Hawaii BC he did have some reasons not to release it.
1. He had lots of money and the Republicans didn't. If he gets in a dollar for dollar lawyer fight the Republicans fall behind with every dollar spent.
2. It gives him the chance to get McCain to publicly question it and return with a killer smash of releasing it that day to make McCain look like a fool (with lots of MSM help).
3. If the BC issue did ever start getting traction he could kill it by releasing it, so sitting on it for a while was not a risk for him.
However, I suspect Ob1 has nailed it - 'the one' is a counterfeit of the real One.

But instead the American people get lawyers, technicalities, accusations of tin-foil conspiracies, state court and supreme court appeals, newspaper clippings, scanned copies, lessons in Photoshopping.
The man who took 650-800 million dollars from Americans (and possibly oil sheiks)in campaign donations should be able to spare 10 minutes and/or ten dollars for something as routine, simple, mundane as a driver’s license, social security card... a crappy, little document.
Instead he prefers to spend enough money to build 100 schools in Chad, 500 new fresh water wells in Burundi... on lawyers.
And we’re supposed to believe that he’s not hiding something... important, revealing?

Has any representative of a reputable news organization...or any representative of the RNC or other political organization that might be "unfriendly" to Osama...ever been allowed into the State of Hawaii's Vital Records room to see his records? Or has any such person ever been presented one of those big archive books that you see in such offices,have it opened to a certain page by an employee and told "there...page 724....Osama Hussein Obama....born whatever date....born,Honolulu...attending doctor,Dr John Smith....see,there's Dr Smith's signature"?
And officials of the State of Hawaii are certainly unlikely to put out false documents.But Osama's people certainly would....and with the help of his Hollyweird friends and his friends in Silicon Valley they could probably put out a pretty good one.
Solution...(as I stated earlier)...open his records to certain members of the press (Marxist and Conservative) as well as to the Chairmen of the RNC and the DNC.Let then see the *actual* book in which *his* entry is found.Let them see that the form looks like it's 47 years old.Let them see the actual pen and ink signature of the doctor who delivered The Anointed One.
Are you catching on now? Do you see the amazing harm that Osama could do to the VRWC if he were to do that and everything was kosher? And once you consider the magnitude of that harm do you start to think that Osama's allowing this matter to fester might not have such an innocent explanation?
Everything Obama does is magnificent, every bit of it the Truth. Reality might lie, but Obama never does.
