What I want to know is why the state of Hawaii didn't just photo-copy his original BC onto a new official form, like the one I just received from the state of California.
You mean to tell me that the state had someone sit and re-type all of the information off the original onto a new form? I'm not buying that.
It would be interesting to see any recent Hawaiian BC copies, to see if there's a difference between them, and Barry's.
