I thought it would be good therapy to post pictures of America's Sweetheart and future POTUS...
So people place your best pics of Sarah here!
You are exactly the kind of back-stabber Rush was talking about. You need to be named so you can’t work again. Guess what? The other party won’t trust you either.

Wow. That sums it up, doesn't it?
Trying to be all things for everyone is impossible, and a failing strategy.
Great photos!
Of course. She drew crowds. She energized the right. Therefore she has to be marginalized and destroyed. Anyone doubting the press and the left (but I repeat myself) isn't playing for keeps is wrong.
Also, in the sentence "(Palin) waltzed into hotel rooms full of men wearing nothing but a towel ... " I believe I let the participle dangle. :)
Bingo. And it's the RNC leftists and Noonan-esque fellow travelers within our own ranks who are proving to be even more treacherous and destructive than their ideological brethren from across the aisle.
I believe I let the participle dangle. :)
Wear a long coat. Nobody will notice. ;)
She is the last conservative that will ever work for a RINO. You can tell by the way she left the stage when McCain gave his concession speech. That speech defines a RINO. A government RINO. All the people that worked for McCain must be named.
McCain is and always has been a pathetic, mean, self-centered jerk.
He is a 72 year old spoiled brat and an ego that doesn’t stop.
This is what got him into the Hanoi Hilton.
Sure, you’ll get no disagreement from me on that. McCain and the people that have been pushing him for years, had it their way this time around and the results were predictable.
My point is more about the strengths of Palin going forward. There are some things that are set in stone. Her commitment to pro-life and the 2nd ammendment are very clear. I never had any doubts about those issues were GW was concerned either, but his compassionate conservatism was ruinous.
My point is that my reservations concerning Palin do not come from the left but from the right. I do not want to fall into a cult of personality type of support for her. I simply was not impressed with her peformance during the campain.
He won’t have another shot at it, thank God.
Can’t confirm this, but it was reported at another site that the interviewer mentioned South Africa and she asked “Do you mean the country of South Africa, or the southern part of the continent?” — and the spin was in (so to speak).
Yes. Thank God.
What program was used to create that? What fonts and colors were used?
I’m afraid I honestly couldn’t say. Possibly the folks over at the zazzle.com site, where I found the photo, could help you...?
Depart.
McCain, at the top of the ticket, no matter who he had as VP, was NEVER going to win IMO.
By nominating McCain we lost our best argument that Washington was broken and we needed outsiders to go in and fix it.
Also, the dems were able to tie McCain to Bush very successfully by harping on their connection and repeating the ad about McCain supporting Bush 90% of the time over and over again.
The people wanted change and McCain represented the past.
While, I am not sure they could have defeated the Cult of Obama either, a Romney/Palin ticket would have been much more successful in arguing that THEY could bring REAL change as the only true Washington outsiders and the only two with actual executive experience.
The indies would have trusted the experienced and steady hand of Romney to guide us in this financial crisis and the base would have been energized by Palin. Who knows what could have been.....
Case in point: Romney talking here about what needs to be done -- his experience and demonstrated grasp of the issues would have been reassuring to many (even across party lines): http://money.cnn.com/2008/11/05/news/newsmakers/romney.fortune/
Oh, and I wanted to add because McCain was at the top of the ticket, it precluded Sarah from highlighting her own fabulous credentials as a Washington outsider and an exectuive with real experience. Her credentials made McCain look bad and she was hampered as to how much she could say.
No.
Mea culpa: I presumed that you had created it.
There is nothing about the other party that attracts me. I'd rather stay and try to save this one from fools and idiots. It'd be nice to win some elections again. We haven't been doing too well the last couple years.
