It's final. I've talked to some Freepers and we have decided to boycott CNN. You may ask why them and not MSNBC (which is more liberal) or someone else. Bingo! Unless you happen to be a Neilson family your boycott will not be known by cnn, though it can feel good to you. However, identifying the most vulnerable advertisers and making them pay a price for supporting cnn can have an effect.

What are these CNN and MSNBC channels to which you refer? I don’t even know if they’re on my satellite receiver. Didn’t they used to be on cable?
Actually, CNN is pretty good in ‘Breaking News’ situations ie foreign/world/things that go boom reporting as is FR once all these vanities die down. For US news they’re just another shill for democrats like the rest of the NY/LA broadcast media. Jeanne Moos has the least offensive attitude for their US stories.

I DO like to watch Lou Dobbs when he is slamming illegal immigration. He also keeps Ramos & Compean in the Media. Tonight he is trying to get everyone to call, write, or email Bush to get him to do the right thing and Pardon these two Border Agents. He said that their having to serve any time in jail is a travesty!!

We pulled the cable years ago. We get all our news from the net and radio. Will go to sattilate if need be but I am only buying my news from reputable sources

Wrong. My TV doesn’t even get off-air signals, it’s just hooked up to my PS2 and DVD-player; I don’t really miss anything. Almost certainly nothing of value.

why just CNN? we need to boycott all of the news channels... heck, i am more disgusted with FOX News than with any of the other channels... until we boycott all of them, we are not serious about our conservative values... we suffer from battered wife syndrome... all of MSM is the abuser... and we keep going back for more...
