What do we do now? (Vanity)

Posted on 11/05/2008 4:54:07 AM PST by ConservativeAtLast

Well, we don't sit around and mope. It's time to go on defense. Don't give the Republicans in congress any time to consider following "that man's" agenda without hearing from you. It's not much, but I've just sent the following to both my Senators and my Representative:

Congratulations on your re-election.

Now, you face the biggest trial of your political life: standing up to the socialist agenda of President Elect Obama.

Make no mistake about it, Obama plans to take this country far to the left and turn it into something more like the USSR than the land of the free that our founders intended.

I was disappointed that you voted for the recent 700+ billion dollar bailout bill. We can see already the unintended consequences of that ill conceived "solution". The government should not own any part of private businesses.

Please remember that conservatives voted you into office, and do not abandon us. Do not sign on to any more bills that would further socialize our countries businesses, schools, or our private lives.

Thank you for your consideration, and I and millions like me are watching carefully how our so called conservative representatives will react to the new President.

Respectfully yours,

You need to have the ball in order to go on the offense.

“How about for once, we go on the OFFENSE?”

We don’t have possession of the ball, unfortunately.

Second step: let's organize a protest for inauguration day.

That's a good start, but the RNC has got to get to work and skip a few of the cocktail parties.

1. Examine voter fraud. You cannot wait until the voting begins and then scream fraud. It may be upheld, but usually long after the election. Begin in the legislatures and get rid of the motor voter laws. They only invite fraud. There are thousands of other things that need to be addressed, starting with groups like Acorn.

2. Hand in hand with voter fraud are fraudulent contributions. 0bama got over $600 million, and most of it "untraceable" [at least by 0's gang]. I'm guessing about $450 million came from foreign sources. Look at his constituency - they certainly didn't come up with this much cash.

3. The RNC needs to make a concerted effort to get GOP folks in the Sec of State position, or whatever position controls voting in the swing states. They exert tremendous influence on the voting.

4. Revise the rules so that military ballots cannot be thrown out on a whim. These folks are the ones allowing us to vote - they deserve a chance for their votes to count!

Need to fight at the local and state level. Move to a red state and watch the wagon riding states economy’s crumble. It is already happening in the blue states anyway. There is safety in numbers and shifting the population to the red will eventually shift the voting power. What are the best red states. I know Texas....

Lock and load.

Find something to put your money into that the money grabbers can’t reach.

Maybe stock up on food and ammo.

I look forward to when all the people in line with their hands out....are handing over their wallets instead....and then being told to shut up if they complain about it.
I look forward to those jubilant celebrations.

Until the G.OP. proves they once again will be a conservative and fiscally responsible party they can pound sand.
I’m tired of tired old white guys and RINO turds.

Agree, more specifically starting today,I am boycotting TV, Hollywood, newspapers & magazines. Conservative talk radio and blogs only from here on.

I think we were done a huge disservice even by formerly “fair and balanced” pundits. They covered this election as though it were a political “superbowl” Will any of them be impacted to the same degree as us regular folks?

I will grocery shop in the produce and dairy aisle only, maybe an occasional pound of hamburger. Thinking I can cover most of the major media sponsors in this fashion. (OK, toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, laundry soap and dog food).

Let’s not waste our time rebuilding the “Republican” party. Far as I can tell, THIS was the real “SHADOW” party. We need to build a NEW CONSERVATIVE PARTY. Senate and house members need to ally themselves (change their party affiliation) with this ideology and vote accordingly. Any George Soros wannabees out there willing to get behind this cause?

Buying a safe, stuffing it with as much cash as possible. Joining NRA,buying a .38 and taking safety and use training. Can anyone reccommend a good/reasonably priced one for an inexperienced, middle aged woman?

Does it seem like I’ve gone off the deep end? Maybe so, back to work tomorrow.

Pray, everyone.

we can never win an election again as long as there is an early voting scam.

“I don’t know about you guys, but; I woke up in Texas this morning.
This is going to be a great day. “

How many illegals currently reside in Texas?
They won’t be “illegal” that much longer.
What will the political demographics look like down there after amnesty?

Just askin’...

Well, I am electioned out. I don’t much care until the Odumbo gets in office and we see how things go.

The GOP needs new young blood, and now they will have to come up with a clear alternative to present when people realize the Dems are just plain damaging. McCain was too, because he was always threatening us with reaching across the aisle. How crazy this all was. Not one time in the last 8 years were RATS proud of reaching across the aisle, when they did, Mccain was there to grab their slimy hands.

Right now, I see very little of that. You can’t out RAT a RAT. Thats what we have been doing. Truth is, this is going to be a time when people who are indoctrinated, will slowly see the folly of their way. Sooner or later folks, could be awhile.

It's not much, but I've just sent the following to both my Senators and my Representative:
Great idea.
I'll copy yours and fire it off to mine, Durbin and Obam.... Oops. Never mind.

Just teasing' ya. It's depressing being 'stuk in Illernoise' right now

Don't give the Republicans in congress any time to consider following "that man's" agenda without hearing from you.

Yesterday I had one Senator and a Congresswoman who cared what I think.
This morning I have none. But it's a good idea for those who do.
