I was watching Brian Kilmeade of F&F interview David Plouffe of the Obama campaign. Kilmeade told Plouffe that the McCain internal pollster told him that this election is "razor thin" and moving in "McCain's direction," predicting the election "will NOT be over tonight."
Plouffe did not have his per usual snarky, cocky look. He appeared concerned. Anyone see/else hear this?
You forget that the MSM will try their best to call the election for Hussein Obama as early as possible.
There are no tanks......er......no Republicans voting.
Pix of little o crying — is him appearing at his party tonight.
I was pointing out the Bias in the coverage, not the outcome. I do not share your pessimism.
So it's Clinton whooping Giuliani, eh?
ROFLMAO
It didn’t work when they tried to call it for Kerry.
Well, regarding the riots, I live in the country and we all have guns, so let them riot.
Besides...where I live we only have about 200 African Americans in the entire county and most of them are too busy taking care of their families to be wasting time rioting.
Sarah Palin is the GOP now.
Didn’t anyone find it a bit odd when Gore Vidal told Obama, make sure you don’t concede. It’s supposed to be an Obama blowout, landslide, whatever you want to call it...why would Gore Vidal, just this week, offer that advice. What do they know and when did they know it, LOL?
It would be quite telling. It would again tell the truth about polls - that they are taken to SHAPE public opinion, not to reflect it; to MAKE the news, not to report it.
And when it doesn't work, as in 2000 and 2004 - hell, just about every time a Republican wins, the Democrat was way ahead in the polls - the media wing of the Democrat party doubles down.
Take your pessimism and go home. We don’t need it. It has nothing to do with “your opinion” and I highly doubt you voted for McCain. Take your defeatist BS and be gone, we don’t need it here today. Come back tomorrow and if you are correct you can say I told you so but today,STFU and quit helping to suppress the vote.
I agree, PA is crucial.
At any rate, I've been voting for conservative causes/candidates longer than you've been alive, so there is no need for you to direct me.
I'm sorry if my opinion scares you so badly. Perhaps you'd be better off putting your head back into the sand and keeping the smile on your face.
As far as "I told you so" goes...what's the point? There will be enough teeth gnashing, hand wringing, incredulity, and "what went wrongs" to fill the void.
When opinions are no longer welcome on this site...then the site does not need about 90% of the participants.
Screaming at the top of your voice, "WE WILL WIN" and saluting empty phrases seems to me to be a sure sign of an empty mind.
Just my opinion tho....
The majority of these Eeyore posters, at least the ones I have run across, have October 2000 birthdays.
Could just be me, and I don’t read every thread, but it sure is odd that I keep seeing this.
John McCain will win the election tonight, but the news media will refuse to call it for him until every last vote is counted in any state McCain wins. Obama states will be called the second the polls close, of course, and anything even remotely close will be called for Obama with the same certainty, then moved back to toss-up, and eventually to McCain as the real votes make the exit polls look stupid. Again.
The pollsters want to blame the Republicans who switched to vote for Hillary. They don’t want to admit that they are biased.
** Plouffe had the look of a man who was
just told on the air that his fly is open. **
