Obama's comments will hurt him in the key state of PA. Western PA has a lot of coal miners, and they already suspect Obama doesn't like coal. His latest comments now remove all doubt.

Is West Virginia the only place this will get play?

This story needs max play tomorrow. Time to start emailing media. Drudge needs to put this in the headlines.
I imagine that this won’t play well in OH and PA either... if the electorate hears about it.

I don’t know what’s so unbelievable about Obama’s desire to bankrupt coal companies. Seriously. Anyone with half a brain should know what Obama stands for. It’s pretty obvious folks. Of course, not everyone reads Free Republic (but they should!).

Governor Palin spoke about it during her campaign stop in Ohio today. (Marietta---along Ohio River)
Just talked to my Dad who is from West Virginia and he is PO’d. He told me that my niece who attends WVU voted from Obama. I said, “Call her up and ask her how comfortable is she with 40,000 West Virginians out of work because of her candidate.”
How do the dems propose to achieve energy indepedence? They are anti coal, oil, and nuke. Perhaps they have perfected the transporter?

Montana and Wyoming probably produce more coal than West Virginia, but they’re not big electoral states.
This will play in blue collar areas in general and all over Ohio. Our state is all about coal power. Actually most of the Great Lakes states are.
