Martin won a stunning victory Friday afternoon (October 31st) when the State of Hawai'i backed his assertion that there was an original, "typewritten, 1961" birth certificate, called a "Certificate of Live Birth" or "COLB" in Hawai'i, that no one has previously seen. Hawai'i officials retrieved and examined the document after Martin filed a lawsuit seeking access to the historic 1961 original.

How can Obama claim the COLB displayed on the internet is the original and then fight to seal the one in Hawaii? If the one on the internet is the original, it has already been released. He can't have it both ways.

I got new for Andy Martin. For almost fourth months before Martin made his trip to Hawaii, I;ve been busy making the slopes slippery for Hawaiian government officials to stand on, and it didn't take much to send them down the slopes. He needs to remember that it was I who,proved that Obama's COLB image was bogus, and when I hot on the horn to Onaka, I got a lot of them all shook up. I also sent Martin a copy of my final report, and that made a big influence on Martin to go to Hawaii looking for answers.

Andy's running around like he did everything to discover this truth. Problem is, I proved that the COLB image is a forgery back on June 13.

OK, so a Hawaii state official says that there is a 1961 "Certificate of Live Birth" in the state's files that has yet to be released to the public.

Now the big question becomes what is on that certificate that would damage Obama? Remember there is a distinct possibility that he was born in Kenya and that, in accordance with a Hawaii state statute, his family obtained a Hawaii birth certificate for him after he returned home from Kenya with his mother. So the mere presence of that BC in the Hawaii state files does not prove that he was born in Hawaii. As for his biological father, that should be specifically listed on the birth certificate or noted as "Unknown." Personally, I don't see any physical resemblance between Barack Jr. and Frank Marshall Davis and disagree with Martin's assertion that Davis is the father.

You've done Yeoman's work, Polarik. Commendations are due.

It's highly doubtful that anyone will ever see the Registrar's record of Obama's birth. It's like Kerry's Form 180.....he has to sign off on it's release and that ain't gonna happen. The State of Hawaii is following privacy rights and can't be held liable in this circumstance, however the information on the original certificate may not accurately reflect the information Obama presents.

The Father may be listed as 'Unknown' or the father listed may be other than the one Obama claims; the registry may have no hospital or attending physician, just the word of the mother and evidence of the child that it was a home birth or some other tale. Then there's the possibility that another certificate was altered, one of a still born and reassigned for monetary compensation or favor which the Hawaii records department would not likely want to have disclosed. Date of birth would be meaningless since it would be hearsay and the innocence of the child a powerful and lucrative reason to commit a petty forgery.

Bringing this up because the current director of Hawaii's DoH is not the final authority in the vetting of Obama.

I think it is an issue as are the real issues. Obama is all fake. His campaign is all about misinformation, lies, deceit, and; he has people posting on this site and every site to discourage his opposition. His campaign workers are paid to infiltrate every Internet site and downplay every damaging issue.

Make no mistake that Obama is an empty suit. He is a hard core Marxist. Hell, he cannot even be on time for congress.

Obama would be thrown out of the military for being AWOL or have so many article 15’s for failure to repair that he would never get through basic.
