Did not hear it, but obviously that is what the Supremes are ultimately going to do. They don’t have the balls to rule that he’s ineligible, even if he is.

Probably not all of them. Dismissed for sure: Phillip Berg’s first suit in Penn., a suit in Washington state brought by a Mr.Marquis.

The main one was dismissed for lack of standing. The judge ruled that individual citizens do not have standing to evaluate the credentials of Presidential candidates.

Its being appealed but I haven’t heard if the SC has accepted it.

I just wish the major media outlets would actually give this issue some play and list all the different states where lawsuits have been filed.

Alas, it’s too much to expect them to do their jobs. If I ever see a newsvan parked anywhere, I’ll let the air out of their tires. Anything to show them how much they’re loathed.

Did Major offer his usual strategy to any/all questions?

“Here’s what they would tell you...”

That was what I thought he said too: ALL suits were dismissed.

What the Hawaiian authorities have said is they have seen “A” valid birth certificate. They did not say they have seen a valid Hawaiian birth certificate. Couldn’t this birth certificate be from anywhere?

Just rewound my DVR...He said that in Hawaii .. 2 state officials have examined his BO ... all challenges have been dismissed...and the officials claim all is well. Valid and authentic.

Didn’t hear it, but I would assume, like everything else, whether he is foreign-born will be passed over like all of the other stuff that should have ended his run months ago. And I’m certain that his illegal-alien Aunt will be allowed to stay here as well.

It seems that this guy could sprount horns from his head tonight and the 0bamaoists will adore him even more (”Who has the cutest little horns on his head? .. YOU do!..”)

Still .. he gonna lose on Tuesday and cities will burn (those “No Justice/No Peas” TV’s from the Rodney King riots need to be replaced with flat screens after all .. DUH!)

It’s not as if anyone can wave a magic wand and dismiss multiple suits in multiple jurisdictions, simultaneously.

An interesting coincidence here. Obama was just in Hawaii, and now the head of Dept. of Health has said he has a certified birth certificate on file. Of course they are not releasing a copy..... I think this guy is a Manchurian Candidate.

Under the Best Evidence Rule, no judge would ever accept as evidence an affidavit of a state official that he had "seen the document. and it is legitimate." Instead, the court would reject that affidavit and reach a presumption against the so-called document unless the original was produced and examined under the usual rules of evidence.

This is the last thing I needed to know to understand how to file a case (actually several cases in all states won by Obama) that could not be thrown out and would be decided, after the election but before the Electoral College meets in December.

I didn’t hear but I am sure that’s what will happen. Never mind that no one else has seen this birth certificate. I guess I am cynical but why at this late date did they finally do this without it being seen by someone else?
