I don’t see how Garrett can make the statement. There are probably 7 or 8 more suits across the nation. What? Did the judges make one blanket statement together????

They had the balls to put Bush in office back in 2000. (even with a Leftist majority)

Just about every judge wants to avoid this hand grenade. They would rather wait to see if it matters or if they can just skip the entire issue if McCain wins.

Well, the Voters Court of the United States can make this decision with their votes on election day. Then all the lies and subterfuge can go on over to criminal court for treatment there.
