I don’t see where the case before the Supremes was dismissed (though it likely will be) and wasn’t there one in Utah or something?

This whole spiel begs to be parsed. It's entirely possible for a valid, authentic birth certificate or certificate of live birth, to be valid, to be authentic, and to also disqualify Barack Obaba as a presidential candidate under the Constitution. The questions over validity and authenticity relate to the various, apparent fakes that have been circulated on the internet, on of which came from the Obama campaign itself.
