Me too. All he has to do is go to the Coles directory or even the White Pages is he just wanted the address.
The guy was looking for dirt.
LOL!
Oh... wait... that's not funny.

You fear it will become more widespread?
They’ll assassinate the characters of all the big-name Conservatives, starting with Ann Coulter, Rush, Hannity, then they’ll start with those underneath them in standing, such as guys of Congressman Duncan Hunter’s stature, then they’ll go after your Average Joe’s and Jane’s. Do not doubt Big Brother.
Oh man how I wish I could write a concept album around ‘1984’...
Why isn’t Secret Service after this yesterday??
Isn’t this am implied threat against Palin?
Just because it is “halloween, doesn’t make this right.
West Hollywood is Liberal haven.
>>A grand jury should be convened to force the clerk to disclose the reporter’s name.<<
Remember that the cops went after the “dumb kid” who hacked Palin’s email, but AFAIK the press members (and perhaps the Dem party people) who tried to use the info have nothing to fear.
As the other woman involved, she said that they do tis to anyone thrust into the spotlight, I think she has now been thrust into the spot light. Is there anyway we can dredge up her info?

LOL, good question! I suspect that “some animals are more equal than others” will apply though. These rogue “public servants” may have hurt themselves more than Joe. Love the irony.
Sounds an awful lot like what Palin was doing with Wooten's personnel file. I'm surprised you see a problem with this person doing pretty much the same thing.
If the reporter instigated the search, there may be repercussions. Probably the reported covered himself with some plausible denial.
Sue everyone that ran a negative commercial against him. Name all of them individually. Sue everyone that was involved in the theft of his personal information. Name all of them individually.
I would then go after the DNC and the Obama campaign.

If not, they will invent such a story after the fact to keep out of trouble.
Well, at least the Ohio Inspector General seems to be willing to do the right thing, unlike the other rogues in Ohio government.
LOL
Welcome to Free Republic
Has the reporter been fired yet?
As Rush said, the MSM is OK with looking into Joe's background, Joe's affiliations and Joe's associations. However, if you try to do the same investigation of Sen Obama, it is a dirty trick and an attempt to use guilt by association.
ROFLMAO! How gullible are you? They're STILL working on it. Son of Troopergate investigation is still going on and looking into the employment file issues which Branchflower couldn't do because his scope didn't allow for it. Son of Troopergate's prosecutor, Timothy Petumenos is allowed to go into this issue and he has NO time limitations on his report.
Then too, the Trooper's Union has filed an Ethics Complaint against Palin on this issue (filed September 3, 2008) so it will be addressed fully one way or another. I wouldn't be surprised to see Trooper Wooten filing his own civil lawsuit against your preferred candidate as well. We'll see.
