Remember that the cops went after the “dumb kid” who hacked Palin’s email, but AFAIK the press members (and perhaps the Dem party people) who tried to use the info have nothing to fear.

If the reporter instigated the search, there may be repercussions. Probably the reported covered himself with some plausible denial.

Sue everyone that ran a negative commercial against him. Name all of them individually. Sue everyone that was involved in the theft of his personal information. Name all of them individually.

I would then go after the DNC and the Obama campaign.

If not, they will invent such a story after the fact to keep out of trouble.

Well, at least the Ohio Inspector General seems to be willing to do the right thing, unlike the other rogues in Ohio government.
