Son of Troopergate investigation is still going on and looking into the employment file issues which Branchflower couldn't do because his scope didn't allow for it. Son of Troopergate's prosecutor, Timothy Petumenos is allowed to go into this issue and he has NO time limitations on his report.
Then too, the Trooper's Union has filed an Ethics Complaint against Palin on this issue (filed September 3, 2008) so it will be addressed fully one way or another. I wouldn't be surprised to see Trooper Wooten filing his own civil lawsuit against your preferred candidate as well. We'll see.
