Once again we have another story that has been picked up in a big way by the Blogosphere but is currently being ignored by the mainstream media. And this time the story is huge. If you've seen the Drudge Report today you will know exactly which story this is; the audio of a 2001 interview on Chicago public radio station WBEZ FM in which Barack Obama explicitly calls for the "redistribution of wealth." You won't find any information about this blockbuster story in the MSM just yet but as been very typical lately, you can be informed on this topic on the Blogosphere including this report from Steve Schippert of Wizbang who posted it at 1:20 this morning while the members of the MSM were complacently sleeping, comfortable in the knowledge that Obama probably had the election in the bag:

A studio full of immigrants with darkened background, each one with a spot light on their head; some from Nicaragua, others from Poland, maybe a few from Cuba, or Mozambique, a Cambodian here, a Vietnamese there, a diverse group of people. Serious looks, all. Straight into the camera.
Each one says one by one, in accented English, and the camera zooms to each one rapid fire, "I fled Marxism". "I fled Marxism". I fled Marxism". I fled Marxism....to come to the States." (Under each person, just a small caption, fades in and out: "Nicaragua", "Poland", "Cuba", "Mozambique", "Cambodia", "Vietnam".)
Then one man in the center speaks for them all. "We are Americans. But, we know Marxism. We each lived it first hand. It was the same everywhere, not matter which country. It is taking from producers and giving to non producers, it is as Senator Obama says, spreading the wealth."
Closing line, right into the camera. "Please, America. We saw this before and we know it for what it is. Marxism. Please don't take our wonderful country, my new country, down with such mis-placed "hope".
It is class warfare that Obama and Biden and Ayers and Wright want, it is class warfare they will get. Meanwhile, the DUmmies over at DU's heads are starting to explode at the conservative MSM and talk radio harping on Obama being a Socialist, a Marxist, I really think they know it is eating into his weak support and the undecided. It is starting to leave a welt. Now is the time to ramp it up. This is a winner of an issue. Push that sucker clear back over to the extreme left where he belongs, take the center and right of America from him on Election Day.
The Pilgrims in Mass. tried a very communal form of living the first couple of years and they very nearly starved to death. They quickly realized that it was essential to re-institute private property so that individuals and families had strong incentives to work and not simply to leech off of “society” as was happening in the first couple of years.
Socialists like Obambi always fail to learn from history and reality..... and don’t believe for an instant that he only wants to increase taxes on the “top 5%” — that’s just his Axelrod-provided talking point for this campaign. Once in office he will seek to increase taxes on an increasing % of people in order to “spread the wealth” to those who do not produce.

Maybe you could get the Club for Growth to do it, since McCain seems too conflict-averse to really hit Obambi where it hurts.

Thank you. I have written success TV ad copy before, that was just a quick one off the top of my head just now, it can be revised, and if done correctly VERY POTENT. Nobody can call anyone “racist” either for airing this, when you have people in the ad appearing from all over the world of all races, people who are now legal immigrants, people who voted with their feet to flee socialism and communism, so they know it when they smell it, they know it first hand when it rears its ugly head, now in both the personification and the policies of one Barack Hussein Obama in the America they fled to.

My mother gets most of her info from The View. She gives me, Sarah is going to make the polar bears drown. I tell her Gore’s movie has been discredited. She asks me, “what movie?” I tell her the name of the movie. She never heard of it, but will look for it. She says something like Gov. Palin is stupid. I tell her to watch the debate. She tells me debates are boring. I try to explain some of the real science on the GW issue, starting with simple stuff, like the place we’re living used to be under a glacier. Warming happens. I try to get into more depth & can tell her mind has glazed over.

Yep, if McCain wins, it will be due to a bunch of common, everyday folk getting a voice in the new media fighting for the soul of their country!
If McCain had any brains he’d hire you to run his campaign.
If a new ad is not in the cards then, at minimum, McCain should use the 2001 0bambi tape on the campaign trail to further back up what Joe the plumber said.
1) Keep hammering BHO on redistributing Joe’s “wealth”
2) Present the 2001 tape which shows that this has been 0bomber’s plan all along.
3) Seal the deal by proving that BHO is 100% a closet Marxist/Socialist/Communist by bringing up the fact that he belonged to the Marxist ‘New Party’.
Sounds like thinking and examining the facts is too tough for her - she makes a great democrat.

I agree, cept her voting has been all over the map over the years. Picture every single Pres since 1956. She voted for the candidate that lost in every election until 1992.
We're talking Nixon in 1960, but not in 1968 or 1972. Both Goldwater & McGovern got her vote. Carter in 1972, but Ford in 1976.
When Clinton won, breaking her streak, she said that she finally got her vote right. She votes like it's a popularity contest.
I am in constant awe of her willful ignorance. She's been what the mushy middle looks like up close. You know, the undecideds that have the candidates of both parties falling all over themselves to get.
I think her "winning" vote for Clinton put her into the Donk camp for the rest of her life.
I knew a guy that wasn’t going to vote in 96. His friends convinced him to go vote. He came back, said he voted, and they asked him “for whom?” - “Clinton”.

Yes, they are out there & their votes count as much as the person who has studied the issues, the candidates’ positions & has made an informed choice.
