This fact is not only a major problem for lawyers and anyone who must deal in legal matters, but I believe the dishonesty of lawyers and the way they twist language to escape accountability is a phenomenon that has infiltrated and permeated all of society. You can hear this kind of language from teachers, doctors, nurses, policemen, and even average people on the street.

Some individuals have not been tainted by this Orwellian poison, for example the current Republican vice presidential candidate.

Why isn't this splashed across every news website? The head of "Lawyers for Obama" in Ohio, James Cadogan, is one of the culprits, for goodness sake.

While it appears that Mr. O'Brien will not prosecute these people, this is a remarkably egregious case. These people very likely conspired in this scheme, and I wonder if federal wire fraud laws might even be applicable.

I think an example needs to be made of these people.
