There is a slight technical difference between the circumstances of Joohn McCain and seoul62, since McCain was born in a US territory (Canal Zone) and seoul62 was not. But I believe that, according the statute, seoul62 still qualifies as a “natural born citizen” and is constitutionally eligible to be POTUS.

I'm not surprised at that number. I'd be certain that the vote is sharply racially divided in the military, with close to or over 90% percent of the military vote for Obama coming from black servicemen.

The correct answer to that question is that we don't know for sure that he has a (biological) grandmother in Kenya because we don't know for sure who the biological father is.

She can’t declare it on a national level, but if we go into an emergency declaration, FEMA is in control. The question then is what is the military’s role, especially active duty, now that they are on US soil.

People can begin by emailing their individual state’s Secretary of State. I emailed mine today in Florida but I am sure he won’t read it until Monday. The Secretary of State can be asked to present or provide the original “vault” birth ceetificate of Obama or else a certified copy of his vault birth certificate to prove if Obama is or is not a natural born citizen.

Only natural born citizens can serve as President and those with dual citizenship cannot serve as President.

Obama’s relationship with his grandmother in Hawaii is also a farce! Last August, Obama spent one hour with his granny when he and his family spent 4 days in Hawaii. Obama’s wife and children did not visit granny. This recent trip to Hawaii, Obama went alone. Wife and children did not go, either. The photo Obama released to the media was 25 years old. Why aren’t there any more recent photos? Are they really close? Grandma knows Barry Soetoro’s story in Indonesia and she knows where he was born.

Obama needs to release his original vault copy of his birth certificate. Andy Martin discloses that Obama is the son of Frank Marshall Davis. For sure, there is something that Obama does not want released to the public about his birth certificate.

Little time left to do anything but it is never too late. We cannot let a person who is not a natural born citizen become President, as it is against the Constitution of the US.

McCains mother and father were both US citizens..so I think they would be looked at a little differently to Obamas situation,where only ONE parent was a US citizen,and the other was Kenyan.It is a question of divided loyalties,that the American Constitution created “natural born” as a pre-requisite to be POTUS...I think Obama FAILS this test (of loyalty)!

An age and residency requirement for what? You're not being specific. If you can't be specific enough to make yourself clear, don't complain when people have to question you.
