headline only
No problem.
Based on the initial news report, this appears to be a robbery that escalated into something more - driven by hate. While the story doesn’t appear to exactly match the headline from Drudge’s site (i.e., volunteer attacked for that reason only), it does provide a glimpse into the character of some of those who are supporting Obama.

Seriously, there is no way this doesn’t hurt Obama, not just in Penn, but nationally. There is absolutely no way to keep a lid on this. Between the internet and talk radio, this WILL NOT be kept quiet.
Let them bring their knives, tires, and bottles to an American gun fight, we don’t mind killing violent criminals.
So she actually happened to be a McCain supporter.
But sadly the perp was not caught nor was any of this on surveillance videos. So this is all “alleged” and Obama’s team could say she made it up or something.
His supporters will simply deny that it happened.
What do you want to bet that's what the DUmmies are going say? They're so clueless, they will actually believe it!
That or they'll say the volunteer did it to himself...
Yup, they've got multiple threads up now! It's either a bogus story, or someone from the McCain party did it to stir up the hatred!
I hope another story goes up somewhere pretty soon. That’s about the tenth time that link’s been posted, counting mine.

Woman Attacked At ATM, Assailant Carves Letter Into Her Face
Woman Robbed, Attacked With Knife At Bloomfield ATM
POSTED: 4:03 pm EDT October 23, 2008
UPDATED: 4:30 pm EDT October 23, 2008
[PITTSBURGH — A 20-year-old woman who was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield was also maimed by her attacker, police said.
Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard tells Channel 4 Action News that the victim was robbed at knifepoint on Wednesday night outside of a Citizens Bank near Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street just before 9 p.m.
Richard said the robber took $60 from the woman, then became angry when he saw a McCain bumper sticker on the victim’s car. The attacker then punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter “B” into her face, Richard said.
Richard said the woman refused medical treatment after the assault, which happened outside the view of the bank’s surveillance cameras.
The robber is described as a dark-skinned black man, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. The man was wearing dark colored jeans, a black undershirt and black shoes.
Freedom of speech for those who have opposing opinions can do that to a fascist liberal.
PAGING WILLIAM MUNNY AND NED LOGAN. PAGING WILLIAM MUNNY AND NED LOGAN. PAGING WILLIAM MUNNY AND NED LOGAN!!
The perp was just “redistributing the wealth”. Sick bastard.
I told a pollster the other day. “I’m very, very well armed”.
I’ve thought about this. It would be hard to carve a “B” on your own face.
I agree. I have been watching to see some details. This sort of thing can be expected, however, given the general tone of this election and some of the vandalism and scuffling stories we have been getting.
Riots are guaranteed, I think. There are riots about winning the World Series. There was a big riot when Joe Lewis won the heavyweight boxing championship. There will be riots about winning, or there will be riots about losing. Get used to it. It is going to get worse before it gets better.
this is only the beginning. Mark my words!!!!
You got that right. The country will burn is Obama is not selected on Nov 4th.
As for me and my house we are LOCKED AND LOADED!
You better bury Ned right!!!!
Not sure whether by “the guy” you mean the cop or the Obamanut. The cop shoved him off, dragged him to the curb and went straight back to his post to prevent what they may have thought was a possible assassination against Palin. The Obamanut got away, the Grand Junction police are looking for him and asking for other photos people may have (the video is pretty grainy).
Which is exactly why I got this a couple of weeks ago.
