With that heart of thanksgiving, we choose to serve You by praying for those in authority. We pray for President Bush, Senator McCain and Governor Palin, asking for Your strength, courage and protection for them and their families. Help them, Holy Spirit, to keep their eyes on Jesus and to consider all that He endured so that they will not grow weary, exhausted or lose heart and relax or faint in their minds. As they keep their eyes on Jesus, we know that the cares of this world will take their proper perspective because He has overcome the world. You are the ever-present God Who never leaves or forsakes them.
We continue to boldly seek Your protection over our election process. May the evil and wicked manipulation be exposed. Cause this to be an honest election with only one legal vote per person.
We speak the 91st Psalm over our troops in harms way. We thank You for each one. Let the peace that passes understanding guard each one and his family awaiting his return. We ask You for victory, Sir, in Jesus’ name.
Your people are crying to You for a return to a nation whose trust is in You. Light a fire under Your lukewarm ones and return the lost ones to their borders. Let a zeal for Your holiness arise in Your body.
We thank You for answering our prayers in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Mighty God, I come into agreement with Hiskid and I also pray for this country! God, this election is pivotal to the survival of our nation.
Lord, let this nation remember its roots. Let it remember that we were built on Judeo-Christian values and that we must return to those values. Let them see it, Lord!!!!! Yes!!!!!
Don’t let our nation fall to its enemies! Lord, we ask that we will trust in You, Jesus, and that You will help us in these dark times.

If we did that, then Obama would win for sure, and that would be a disaster!!!!

As has happened to many of us, we only turn to God when we truly feel beaten, with nowhere else to turn.
We find in Him, at that time, new life, encouragement and the will to go on. We review our lives and strive to make them better.
IMHO, this is what is happening to this “one nation under God” right now. We MUST reestablish our values; freedom, independence, self reliance, and family values. All of this with God in our hearts and His full armor covering us.
We are finally seeing the lies perpetrated by the sons of satan. Our victory will be overwhelming.
Praise God, for He will bring us through.

As we are remembering our military folks in prayer, let us not forget to pray that every one of them will be able to cast their ballots, and that their vote will be received in a timely manner and accurately counted.
There have been reports that the ballots at one of our foreign bases were “lost”. God is all powerful, and knows all things. May He have mercy on us, and continue to bless us with his providential care and guidance.

We seek You, Father, with passionate and earnest hearts. We know that You are the hope of this ailing nation. Our enemy is deceit, Lord, for so many have accepted lies as truth. Our enemy is greed, Lord, for so many want to take from others. Our enemy is the thirst for power, Great God, for so many want to abolish liberties and freedoms so that they themselves can be powerful.
Holy God, bow down Your ear unto those who cry out to You. We call upon You because we know without any doubt that You are the answer to all that we need. We cannot fight this battle without You. Mighty God, open the eyes that do not see; unplug the ears that do not hear. Take away the favor that the press has showered upon the one who would feign deity. We pray, Lord, that You alone would be worshiped in this nation---for ONLY YOU are worthy of all honor, glory, praise, and blessing.
We pray that those who plan evil and fraud in this election would be set to confusion and that those votes that have been dishonestly cast would be thrown out and destroyed by Your own hand.
