There is another one here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gA6_k3NtXZs&feature=related
Between the two this film has been seen over 2 and a half million times.
“Deemed Admissions” are a procedural technicality in civil litigation. Admissions can be “undeemed”. And, the items admitted are only binding within the litigation itself ... they have no bearing whatsoever on other matters (including the Constitutional test for the Presidency).

Yes, its the Berg interview with the intro by Molotov Mitchell.
Without the seal and signature, the document on the Obama Web site lacks legal weight, and does not count as representing the official birth record of Mr. Obama.
This is simply wrong. There are much higher resolution photographs available of the purported Obama birth certification at factcheck.org.

Thanks, Dana. I’ll take a look at it right now. Great news on the viewership numbers!
Maybe if 100,000 of us ran with it -

Think about this:
Obama refuses to release his college records.
Is it because he was registered as an international student, either Kenyan or Indonesian?
If the certificate on “Fight the Smears” is authentic, why are they submitting same certificate to the courts who are allowing cases to be filed on this very matter?
The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence.
err... actually that didn’t work out too well last time.
Despite any evidence to actually support that conclusion, some posters on FR actually do believe that Obama is trying to cover up the fact that he is Constitutionally ineligible to be President.
The "evidence" so far is a legitimate Hawaii birth certificate that some people will do anything to believe is a fake, and an unsubstantiated claim that Obama's Kenyan grandmother said that he was born there.
Other people have tried to make the argument that because Obama was, at one point, a dual citizen of the US and Kenya, he does not meet the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency (even though dual citizenship is perfectly legal under US law and the Constitution does not mention it as a bar to the Presidency).
What about the hospital copy? That would prove he was born in a hospital in Hawaii. Anyone can send in information that will result in a registration, for example, in the case of home birth.
Fact Check is an arm of the Obama campaign. But you knew that.
The reason the GOP is not taking this issue on is because it has all been brought by democrats.
I used to not believe there was anything to this.
I have changed my mind. Obama could end all of this by supplying the credentials that McCain has already supplied.
I am going to sit back and see if it unfolds.
The certificate at fight the smears is like a transcript, hard copy of data in the Hawaii computer. How did the data get into the computer? Someone in the family filled out a registration form. Didn't have to be a hospital. THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT A HOSPITAL RECORD PROVING ACTUAL SITE OF BIRTH. If there is a home birth in Hawaii, the parents can submit a registration after the fact, then there would be no hospital records. BUT OBAMA CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN BORN IN A PARTICULAR HOSPITAL IN HAWAII, SO THERE MUST BE A HOSPITAL RECORD --- WHERE IS THAT RECORD THEN?
Bump that, Jedidah.
That's what I don't get and can't get an answer to, why won't they touch it? Even if Obama has a genuine vault certificate the stonewalling says a whole lot about his character.
The only thing I can think of is maybe some GOP candidates or elected officials have the same problem and they don't want to put anyone in jeopardy. If I'm right that's too bad for them as Obama's election would go against the Constitution if he was born in Kenya.
Some people (probably a quarter of Freerepublic crowd) believe that the birth certificate issue is legit. Based on what I’ve seen and read....I think there are two birth certificates. The first one was retired in some fashion. The second, my belief based on limited evidence...has some data or info which conflicts with his announced history (I think it was a renaming to “Barry” but thats just my opinion). The second one had to be doctored a bit...before public release. Hillary should have found this all out...which she apparently kept quiet about or just never found.
If this does come out in twelve months...in the worst case scenario...it rigs up a constitutional crisis if he refuses to resign (which I think he would).
