Barack Obama's stop at Cape Fear BBQ and Chicken in Fayetteville, N.C. The trip, according to a pool report, offered “some powerful and at times ugly interaction.” Many patrons applauded as he walked into the diner, but Diane Fanning, 54, began yelling “Socialist, socialist, socialist — get out of here!” Fanning said she’d heard that former Secretary of State Colin Powell had endorsed Obama but said that “Colin Powell is a RINO, R-I-N-O, Republican In Name Only.” Later, Obama came to the long table where Fanning and other members of a local First Presbyterian church were gathered. He held out his hand to her and asked, “How are you, ma’am?” but she declined to shake his hand.

I have contempt and revulsion for this Obamanoid who would dismantle the country I love, and ruin it for my children, and I would not compromise myself by shaking his hand. That's the way I was raised.

If you could have seen her at the Fayetteville FReeps, you would have known immediately it was her. She got the moonbats soooooooooo mad, they came over the the edge of the park and SCREAMED at her. I’m talking about red faced, hyper hysterical, need Valium, out of control screaming. It was great.
Thanks but I’ve just started getting nervous. The last two hours I’ve felt like jelly inside. Boy, did I open a can of worms or what? I’ve already been wondering if I should pack up and move in with some friends.

My BIGGEST political pet peeve is that people vote for others because they think they are cute or like how they talk. I witnessed this in my town. The incumbent had a name in the area and was a “nice boy”, yet had no problem with extra taxes. His opponent had some sound fiscal ideas and knew the Constitution backward and forward. The opponent was dragged through the mud. Until I met the opponent, I had no intention of voting in that election. I actually questioned him and found he thought like I do. A few people later admitted to voting the incumbent because he was a “nice guy”, even though they hadn’t followed the election. They called me a liberal for voting for the opponent.
