I don’t even know what to think...we’ll have to read the decision- on the face of it- it’s frightening.
Impeachment proceedings against this Ohio State official??
Probably not. At least not before the election. Brunner claims she is following the applicable law, and that she is adhering to the circuit court TRO, other than being able to meet the deadline set (today) for providing mismatch reports to the county election boards.
SCOTUS or just Stevens?

Oy: US Supreme Court sides with Democratic elections official in Ohio voter reigstration dispute.
Stand by for more details
~~~
Apparently, the full SCOTUS did this .. probably 5-4, making Supreme Court nominations ever more critical to this country. God save the USA.
Well, let’s make sure the angry voters outnumber the frauds at the polls.
My mistake. Apparently it was the full court, although I don’t know the breakdown of the vote yet. I would suspect that Kennedy was the one who put it over the top.
Doesn’t look like there are any requirements.
We did.
Mark this date and time, as the official end of the United States.
October 17, 2008 at 12:00 noon is when the country died.
Nutz. I’m guessing Kennedy was the quisling.
Well, this sucks.
Hey, the fix is in. Watch the other states fall due to the fraud.
Can we as citizen’s sue? I’m not kidding. If we had a party who actually fought for what was right, I’d have some faith..but we’ve given up. We folded like cheap lawn chairs when the going got tough. It’s going to be a very, very long eight years.
And now republicans can counter libs when they say Bush stole the election.
Yea we’ll have to see what happens with the other swing states that ACORN is defrauding.
Maybe the FBI will find something in their probe.
Problem is that we are 3 short weeks out and if the fix is in there may not be time to stop it before the votes are certified.
Some background:
On Tuesday, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati sided with the GOP. Brunner responded with an appeal to the high court.
In its reply brief to the Supreme Court, the Ohio GOP said if Brunner needed relief from the temporary restraining order then she should seek it from Smith, who issued the ruling.
The filing does not necessarily reflect on which way the Supreme Court may rule. Justice John Paul Stevens oversees the 6th Circuit and is in receipt of the filing. He has the option to deny the appeal outright or he can take it to the full court for consideration. If he rejects the appeal, the secretary of state has the option of sending it back to the high court under another judge.
Immediate suit on grounds of Bush v. Gore, defrauding voters. Should be brought by someone who early voted.
This can not be allowed to stand...Our democracy is at stake. Ohioans have got to take action....storm (peacefully) their capital...If they dont..... all of us should...This is a coupe in progress.
