Was Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama really born in this country?
His critics and his foes have spent a good deal of time raising doubt and spreading rumors that he’s not.
Today, Steve Marquis of Fall City filed a lawsuit in King County Superior Court directing Secretary of State Sam Reed to get the proof – or remove Obama’s name from ballots.

It is impossible that he lived in Indonesia for so many years without a significant paper trail, yet we don't know if he was on a visa, if he was a citizen, or if he has ever had a Kenyan or Indonesian passport.
I certainly would not be surprised if he had had either passport, because his father was a Kenyan official, and I strongly suspect that he did register his children as Kenyan citizens, and may have procured passports for them also.
As to Indonesia, again, it wouldn't surprise me with the very international circumstances of Senator Obama's life, that if he was a citizen of Indonesia that he did have a passport.

Obama was an Indonesian Citizen which means at best he became a Naturalized Citizen. he is constitutionally Ineligible for POTUS, doesn’t matter if he was born on the Moon.

I would love it if all 50 states had lawsuits demanding a copy of his birth certificate.
Voters are taking things into their own hands with the Buckeye group in OH filing a RICO suit against ACORN.
I have wondered who is responsible for ensuring that Obama really is legally qualified to be president. Perhaps Steve Marquis has the right approach -- at the state level, since the damn dems will not ensure beyond a reasonable doubt that their candidate is legit.
