Who wants to start a nation-wide protest of all tv and newspapers next week or the week after?

We would demand that the media tells the truth about Obama, the economy, the war and everything else they lie about.

We could make signs and hand out flyers. Telling everyone how the media is literally destroying this country with there lies and deception.

We could set up a website to promote our cause and sign up for protests at different media outlets. If this went national, the media couldn't ignore it.

What do you say? Do you think it could be done quickly?

Help and advice welcomed and appreciated. Who wants to partner with me?

I have the website name protestthemedia.com, anyone have ideas on what kind of format would work best.

Forum, or just web pages. - where should I go, I like the forum setup - like hillaryclintonforum.net - but don’t know how to set one up.

Thinking a page per state divided into counties. Each county would list media in that county.

Count me in. Something needs to be done and it needs to be done fast. Not sure if I can offer that much help because I have to go back to work next week, will be working a lot of hours for about 3 weeks.

I have been thinking the same thing was needed, a national protest at the doorsteps of the media.

Don’t let yourself off-the-hook if you can avoid it.

Without local advertising dollars(which I assume the majority to be conservative businesses)they would have to make issue with the national feeds, I would think?

How many could show up on Monday morning with signs behind Matt Lauer’s head that read “Main Stream Media Biased!” that would get their attention and it would show up on their own broadcasts.

Unless the CEOs of the advertisers receive overwhelming amounts of letters (and smailmail letters are most effective, they effect logistics), writing to them will have little effect. A corporation that has, say, 30 million customers, receiving even 30K letters is likely to see that only 0.1% of their customer base are unhappy and are likely to slough off a large portion of that group to an even smaller group involved in an organized campaign.

A far more effective way might be to list the advertiser on a site describing them as companies supporting the media attempt at destroying the U.S. and our Constitution. Wording should avoid the word "boycott" but should emphasise avoiding doing business with these companies. A separate listing should be compiled of the top ten or fifteen affiliates and the same approach used for them. By not hitting the smaller markets, you avoid hurting the smaller businesses who advertise there. We're conservatives, no economic terrorist.

At this point, the corporations should be notified they're noted a the web site and not in a good way. This is only viable if the site is actually getting hits. It is a nice dream.

The only thing that’s going to help at this point is enforcement of laws against treason. IMO there’s more than sufficient evidence that major players in the MSM are in league with AQ, Hamas, Hezbollah and other enemies.

The locals are what I was thinking. If we could get people all across the nation to protest there local tv, newspapers and radio stations we could really get noticed.

The word needs to get out to more than just freepers. If we all email our contact lists that would help. How about help from the GOP or even people like Rush, Hannity, etc.?

I canceled mine over a year ago to finish my book and decided to not turn it back on. I only get CBS...GAWD, it’s painful. As of last night, I don’t watch that either. I always wanted to know what the enemy was doing, but I can’t stomach it any longer. They NEVER say anything against Obama. The comedy late night, etc. NEVER makes an Obama joke, crude or otherwise. He’s just off limits.
