Stealing Pennsylvania: Judge says "Massive Fraud" (ACORN at it again)

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is "not confident we can get a fair election" in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as "addresses" for "voters" was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

"Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board" with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. "Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election."

"Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem," Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state.

Solution...

Federal law...

1. Everyone votes on the same day, no excuses...

No early voting.

No late voting.

No over voting.

No under voting.

No provisional balloting.

Nothing.

If granny can’t make it to the polls and grandson can’t take her, too effing bad.

Military people vote wherever they are and the media morons will just have to wait.

I’ve got a good link for you that relates to all of this (hat tip to word_warrior_bob for the original thread). It is an interview with a former KGB operative from their propoganda department. He talks alot about the useful idiots in the U.S. that advance the communist agenda. He has lots of interesting views about how these useful idiots will be the first killed when communists take over. Of couse, the interview is from 1984, but it is fascinating stuff.

Oh I will have to vote for him, but his whole campaign has been to reach across the isle. McCain does not have any convictions he would fight. That was just rhetoric.

...a computerized system that is only used in voting for president. Every citizen receives a voter id card from the government that they use like an ATM card to work the machine. Each card, once used, cannot be used again.

Exactly. Why, in this age of technology, can it not be done?

Why, for that matter, can we not designate our tax dollars for the 'general welfare' specifics we choose to support?

I love the fact that they blew themselves up in a NY townhouse.

Yes --- most of them were useful idiots. Even during the 1980s -- remember all those demonstrations in Europe against deploying missiles. Well ... the Iron Curtain comes down, the Soviet archives are opened ... and guess what ... all those pacifist organizations were funded by the KGB.

And they seemed like such earnest, peace-loving folk.

I would have agreed with you a few months ago. I didn’t like McCain and didn’t expect much from him, but I think lately even he has realized that this is something that goes beyond the usual politics and “reaching across the aisles” stuff. That is, I’m sure he’ll do that, and I certainly don’t expect his economic principles to change and become very conservative. But I think even McCain is beginning to see that Obama is not the ordinary Dem opponent, and it seems to me that he is becoming increasingly concerned. Of course, he still has to be quite careful, because the press has the “racism” thing lined up and ready to go if he even seems to imply a personal criticism of The One.

"I love the fact that they blew themselves up in a NY townhouse."

Some are more mobile than that. Two of them blew themselves up in their car in Livermore. Their target was the nation's premier nuclear labratory, and they had an estimated 30 pounds of pipe bombs under their car seats. The driver was vaporized completely, and his girlfriend had her left leg and hip blown away completely. She now hangs out in Albany as a beggar at shopping malls. She, like Ayers, is completely unrepentant, and bitter.

They definately do have an agenda to destroy this country.

In addition to the phony voters showing up at the polls, fake registrations are used to cast absentee ballots too.

Absentee ballots are good for more than that. Perfect for getting around the picture-ID laws in some states. Just drop them in the mail with the free stamps from ACORN. Very handy for nursing homes and senior centers too. The helpful aides will either help the seniors fill them out “correctly” or collect them all, sort out the R votes, toss em, and replace them with a ballot checked with all D’s.

Most of these fraudulent “registered voters” never voted; the winos just took the money and drank.

The winos don't show up at the polls and no one expects them to. Their only purpose is to get another "ghost voter" listed in the registrar's book. Who shows up and votes in their place are the true believers, going from precinct to precinct to precinct. I remember a poster on here in either 04 or 06 that had worn his Teacher's Union jacket to the polls, and they gave him several ballots (he guessed they were assuming that he was a Democrat) and would not let him return them.

Anyone who wants to vote should take it upon themselves to register to do so. The only way this fraud is going to stop is to make it illegal for any private organization to solicit or sign people up to vote.

And one last thing. And easy way to cut down on the fraudulent voters who actually cast a vote. Make it known that many fraudulent registrations have been found out. Also make it known that anyone who submits a vote using such a registration is likely to be immediately arrested and charged federally with fraud.

Heard it’s 15 states just a little while ago. Charges of voter fraud and RICO in some too.

No surprise about Philadelphia. Wasn’t there a precinct/ward there in the 2000 election that had 113% of their registered voters come out to vote?

I know the States have authority to run their elections, but does Bush have any executive authority at all, say under the FEC, to issue an executive order the day before the election requiring ID at the polls?
