For most of my life I've been told that the government was to protect our rights and freedoms in the United States, how is it doing these days? Not well as I see it and here's why: Socialist government now is to raise us all from cradle to grave so we can all be equally unhappy. Government now knows best what to do with your money; you are too ignorant!
Do you really want this government to run your health care? They tried to run the mortgage industry, see where that got us - $800 trillion in debt and no investigation!
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were quasi-government entities that were robbed at the feet of Democrats and they ignore it! For proof look up Franklin Raines, Jim Johnson, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and several others. Audio and video are all over the internet of these people saying there was no crisis at all while they were lining their pockets.
Democrats have been voting Democrat for years so they can fix things and live in a utopia and every two to four years the same problems need to be fixed.
Blind loyalty to a single party equals socialism and there are no choices in that. Return this government to the people, for the people and by the people so our children can have choices when they grow up.

What’s this? Something that makes sense? As an ignorant uninformed sheep this makes me very angry.
Bush wants to partially nationalize commercial banks... he’s a lost cause.
There is a greater chance of success using urine to turn lead into gold than there is of that petition working.
Than keep pimping for the baliout, amigo. That is workin like a charm.
Care to point out where I’ve “pimped for the bailout?”
Online petitions do not work. Sorry to rain on your parade, but they do not. No one in any position of authority cares about online petitions. They can be duplicated or outright faked.
Come up with an actual on-paper petition with individual hand-written signatures of verifiable voters, and then someone will care.
Then get busy and start going door to door.
And do your job for you? When can I expect my check?
Oh, I thought it was you who was talking about paper petitions. I must have mixed you up with another ankle biter.
So, wait, let me get this straight. You post a link advocating an online petition. I tell you that online petitions never work. You then tell me to organize a paper petition, despite the fact that you’re the one advocating the petitioning in the first place. Then you add on “bailout pimp” and “ankle biter” on top of it. Do I have this right? (Rhetorical question, don’t bother to answer.)
Troll off, buddy.
“And do your job for you? When can I expect my check?”
There it is. What? You’re interested in saving the country only if it is profitable for you? You should run for congress!
Here, I’ll straighten it out for you and de-confuse you.
You can babble on all you want about whatever the topic it is you want and I’ll promise to ignore the ankle bites from now on and not read your posts.
If I’m to work on someone’s behalf, I expect a paycheck just like everyone else. Or do you go to work every day with the understanding that you’re there pro bono?
Sorry to rain on your parade, but online petitions do not work. They don’t work when Star Wars fans fill them out by the millions to protest edits and alterations, let alone when meant to reverse Congressional votes.
The only petition that matters is at the ballot box. I’ll be there November 4, will you?
Yes, I’ll be at the polls. Voting and as a poll watcher..for free!
Would it face a constitutional challenge in the courts?
Excellent. Let’s hope ACORN doesn’t cancel out our votes, then.

FR is stuffed to the gills with Party Firsters. Probably all those who jumped without looking to support Socialist Juan McCain.
