Agreed. This is starting to sound a little bit anti-American.
First, we have three weeks to return this electorate to normalcy- volunteer at you local mcCain headquarters, help get votrers to the polls, talk up our candidate at every chance- call local radio shows and be able to speak with intelligence to friends and neighbors. Callling Obama names is not enough- know and promote positions of mcCain’s that we can really get behind.
All this civil war and riot crap is beneath us. The Constitution gives us the opportunity to revolt every two and four years. Why don’t some here who claim they are willing to take up arms, instead put their names on the ballot?!?!?!

We have our own oil down here in Texas. Lot’s of refineries. We could raise a Mexican army by simply going ahead and granting McCain/Bush amnesty to the illegals who are here. We could take over the military bases...some big ones, too, like Ft. Hood. Of course we’d have to make sure the military here was with us otherwise there’d be another Ft. Sumter.

You haven’t been seeing the fire through the smoke then. There are police forces not allowing days off around the election...no vacations...paramedics and fire fighters in Fulton County, GA have been told by supervisors and captains....don’t ask for any time off the days around November 4th.

Yes it is...this economic failure is much more than just a coincidence to get Dems elected...it will bring about a government that is unconstitutional and communist. This is being done by both sides of the isle in Congress to push toward one world government. This will not be a "socialist era"...Freedom will not ever come back to Americans...or to the UK or to Europe.
Heck, I've got a minor civil war within my immediate family. I have 4 siblings who are actively campaigning for Obama. I don't want anything to do with them anymore. They are intelligent people, too, but are blinded by their desire for "equality" and repugnance for war.
I know there were families in the War Between The States who had soldier sons who wore opposing uniforms. That's what this is like for me. My sibs see McCain as a continuation of Bush policies and think Sarah Palin is a right wing nut like their sister arasina.
I'm ready for some Bravehart type revolution myself. Saving America from socialism is worth it.

The difference is families were more united during the Civil War, not so fractured as we are today. I hear ya, and I think there are many of us, I’ve lost most of my ‘family’ and friends the last few years. They simply will NOT reason. Years ago, they would all come to me with their voter pamphlet. I would dutifully go through the candidates and issues with them and try to get them to make up their own minds. As time went on, they would just call and ask, ‘who do I vote for’, then after mail in ballots, they’d just show up and ask me to mark the ballot for them! I finally got ticked off and told them what I really thought.
I guess they didn’t like it!! lol So, their heads are comfortably back in the sand. Sometimes all you can do is let them go.
