Quinn & Rose this morning announced that US Attorney Peter Fitzgerald (yes, THAT Peter Fitzgerald) is bringing a RICO case against ACORN. Accusations involve mass voter fraud and allegations brought by the Clinton Campaign against them as well.
Hannity asked him about that and he will be appearing on the Hannity and Colmes TV show on Monday and he will be bringing the documents with him (he is arriving back in the states on Saturday I believe).
From the interview he gave, and from what he went through, and how serious this is, I don’t imagine he’s making it up - AT ALL. He spoke of how they tried to put him in a detention center, and for a while he didn’t believe he’d ever see the U.S. again.
He has stated that he got these emails from former CLOSE associates of Odingas during the campaign who after the violence broke out separated from Odinga and now oppose him. If true, they had the opportunity to have posession of these emails. Corsi was adamant that they are WITHOUT A DOUBT from Obama’s senate office to Odinga, and back.
Agreed... It’s a necessary step for Communists to silence dissent or they will not achieve the complete power they seek.

I wouldn’t be the one to ask, really. I know the GOP has filed something with the FEC. But I don’t know what the process would be or what would happen, really. I do know it would be VERY messy indeed - in more ways than one.
What probably SHOULD happen - and this may shock some - but there may need to be a delay here - if there is enough proof of wide-scale voter registration fraud. The only problem with that is it would play directly into Obama’s hands with all the rumors of “Bush won’t step down” etc... etc... And, I’m not even sure there is a way to do that legally through our election system, really. As I said, I’m the wrong person to ask! LOL
He better have some dang good evidence.......this COULD really hurt Obama.

I am not that surprised. I agree that the Dem party has fallen way over to the left and there are many Dems that do not fit there any more. There are still many Dems out there that do not want a corrupted election process. It does not serve them any better than it does us.

Anything to truly sink Obama needs to be very direct. ACORN is difficult since it is hard to directly tie him aside from some things like lawyer work etc. And since there is just an investigation going on, no convictions etc. at this moment, that is difficult.
The party membership thing could end up being a big deal in the right circumstances, but it has to be brought up. I doubt even Palin knows about it.

You might be right, But how can she throw enough votes McCains way to defeat obamba with out endorsing him. Maybe the Berg suit is the vehicle.
Over 2 weeks ago when Clinton came out and accused the dems of blocking Fannie May regulation attempts I said the MSM would make him a NONPERSON

I know it’s not related to ACORN corruption in conducting massive voter fraud, but can anyone update us on what’s being done to oversee that military voters overseas will have their votes counted. I remember all the howls about it in the 2004 election, but have seen narry a mention about it for this election. That’s no small block of votes.

The reason this has continued for eighteen months and continues now is that the lie rolling downhill like a snowball and can't be stopped. And the snowball was pushed by Dean, Pelosi, and Brazile. Think about it. What would/will happen if Obama is removed from contention? Hillary would become the candidate at the last minute. And whose asses will Hillary nail to the wall? You got it; Dean, Pelosi, and Brazile. Don't you think that's enough reason for them to keep fighting, even if the whole thing is a sham? Yup. They're stuck between a rock and Hillary Clinton with a nail gun.
