How Palin should attack
none | today | me

Posted on 10/06/2008 6:00:25 AM PDT by bahblahbah

1. Dig in at Ayers

Go after Obama's 2002 conference with Ayers "Intellectuals In Times Of Crisis" since they're trying to question McCain's judgment and call him crazy in times of Crisis... this was after the stomping on the flag incident and saying he was unrepentant about his bombing adventures

2. Bring to light CAC's purposes and ridicule their results...

3. Pivot into the economy by hitting hard McCain's proposal for reform in 2005... also talk about right regulation and wrong regulation... defend McCain on Keaton and bring up Rezko... bring up McCain narrative of reform after Keaton and compare it to Obama's lack of record..

I doubt this will be done... Team McCain blows... they can't push a message or narrate worth a crap... they don't know how to manage the media and they live in a bubble...

“they can’t push a message or narrate worth a crap... they don’t know how to manage the media and they live in a bubble...”

-

Democrats keep trying to compare Bush with McCain.

In this wimpy “go along to get along” Casper Milquetoast approach to dealing with liberals who seek to destroy America, that comparison sadly is apt.

Liberals are a lot of really lousy things.

One thing they do understand, however, is fighting.

Palin gets it.

How come nobody else seems to?

McCain needs to ask at the debate tomorrow.....

“Senator Obama do you know with your known associates and your history you could not receive a “TOP SECRET CLEARENCE” from the government. Why should you ever be elected anything”!

Obama has tied McCain to Bush.

Palin needs to tie Obama the Democratic Congress on Sub-Prime ( all the players have given to Democrats and got protection, the high cost of energy that killed the Auto Market , draw a correlation between car sales and 4.00 gas)

High heating cost this winter while Americans are losing buying power with higher grocery prices due to ethanol ( burning food for nothing)

Not smart -- it's too easy to point out the unsavory associations of a person Sarah was (literally, not figuratively) in bed with.

The Alaskan Independent Party isn’t exactly a fringe organization, but she’s not part of it...

Absolutely right.

Remember when Democrats insisted “underpriveleged” people who did not meet standard lending criteria were being discriminated against, and then *forced* banks to lend to them?...

Well, that’s your sub-prime mess.

No drilling for oil? So we have zero leverage against Hugo Chavez, Saudi Arabia and Russia jacking up the price of oil?

Well, that’s your $4 gas.

All around are examples of how liberal policies are causing real problems.

John McCain needs to stop trying to be George Bush, and learn to be MORE like Sarah Palin.

Or else, hand her the reigns!! For the country. One or the other McCain. Lead, follow, or get out of the way!

Sarah Palin seems to be the first Republican since Reagan, who understands what needs to happen!

What happened to Republicans, to make so many, so wimpy?

On an unrelated observation:

I’ll Bet $100 to a donut, Governor Palin would pardon those two border Agents...

Most of the folks in the Clinton Admin couldn’t get such a clearance either.

So, instead of getting people that COULD pass clearance, they just changed the name badges so that the person’s clearance level was harder to discern.

Another point she should bring up is the non political view point of abortion. She needs to say “ The left is always telling us what is good and bad for our health so why are they not stressing to the young woman of America that there is the possibility that having and abortion or the taking of birth control pills could be a factor in the rise of breast cancer in the last twenty years.”

Junk science isn’t a viable campaign strategy.

Sorry to bust your bubble but an elected President as well as the Vice President are not required to be vetted for a Secret or even a top secret clearance.

If there’s any future at all for the Rep. Party and conservatism, it lies with people like Palin & Duncan Hunter—people who do not compromise and flip-flop on moral issues, people of modest backgrounds in the productive sector of the economy, not elitists or entrenched Beltway pols. Meanwhile McCain still seems to think that his “me-too” echoes on “global warming” and amnesty will win him votes. Like Bush, he is too stubborn to learn that this “reach across the aisles” crap just gets a Republican betrayed by the Demonrats.

A VOTE for O'bama is a vote for high gas prices for the foreseeable future..
A VOTE for McLaim/Palin is a vote for independance from OPEC and less gas prices....
