The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

Obama knows the certificate posted on his website is a forgery. That’s why he doesn’t simply point to it and end the law suit. I think posting a forged certificate constitutes a fraud. So who will prosecute him for it?

The DNC and CAIR getting involved means he was not born in the USA. They are concerned. They would be ignoring this and hoping it would fade away if it was not serious. Mr. Berg is a real patriot.
Hawaii can print off a real copy if it exists. Obama has provided crude forgeries of HI birth certificates.
I hope Mr. Berg can get to the truth fast but we must donate and volunteer to help McCain-PALIN.

This is beyond ridiculous. Why won't Barack Hussein Obama show that he has the simple prerequisites to serve as President of the United States?
Now that he has admitted that he was a Kenyan citizen, I think it is clear that he must clarify his U.S. citizenship status. He must now provide his hospital birth records, his birth certificate, and paperwork about his sojourn in Indonesia showing his exact visa or citizenship status there.
Instead, he ups the ante by now involving the DNC and a lawyer most prominent for his work for CAIR?
Why won't Senator Obama simply show that he is even eligible to serve as our president? It is only 30 days to the election; early voting and absentee voting have already started.
Simply show the American people that he is even eligible to serve. It's not as if this is a difficult task. If Mr. Obama cannot even do such a simple act for his fellow Americans, how can he ask us to trust him to do far more arduous tasks as president of our nation?
Prior to running, you are correct. HOWEVER, before the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS can administer the oath of office, there must be some evidence required, musn’t there? How else do you comply with the Constitution?

It sounds like a candidate does not have to PROVE citizenship. However, if someone else proves he is NOT a natural born citizen, does that count for disqualification?
Also, per your thoughts, what standard of proof would it take someone else to prove his is not a natural born citizen to the point of disqualifying him for the Presidency?

Is that really true? Even in the case of a fraudulent campaign? I would think the both of them would be kicked out...and perhaps another election? Just allowing Biden to be pres doesnt sound right in that circumstance.
In fact, if your attorney fails to make the motion, you should probably sue him or her for malpractice.
That this is allowed to happen, along with all the other strong armed un-American situations lately, like a firmly biased MSM, passage of a crippling bailout, an open border policy, intent to give amnesty to illegals is proof to me that we are no longer a law abiding Republic.

Obama provided a recent copy from HI that was a crude fraud. See YouTube for an analysis where a recent copy from a Hawaii born citizen provided their copy versus the creude fake Obama’s campaign provided. Obama’s is a fake.

If Berg can back up his claims with hard facts, why not put a TV ad out,buy a full-page ad in the paper,scream it from the rooftops? Something’s not right here,no matter how you look at it.
