If Obama is elected and not a citizen then Biden would be President...Is that really true? Even in the case of a fraudulent campaign? I would think the both of them would be kicked out...and perhaps another election? Just allowing Biden to be pres doesnt sound right in that circumstance.

I would think the both of them would be kicked out...and perhaps another election? It makes sense since the guy who chose his as VP is essentially illegal himself. New candidate, new VP.
