nObama's actions thus far: 1) making one or more misrepresentations (lying) on his application to take a bar exam, and 2) publicly putting forth a false birth certificate while affirming its veracity should be already be actionable, with the result, assuming these things are proved and/or admitted to before a legal review board (as with BillyJeff in Arkansas), so as to require the revocation of his law license.
Let him see if he can get elected in that circumstance, even if it may be determined that he may be naturally born.
