I know exactly what she was saying....he did sound gloom and doom at the outset of his programs. She called to buck everyone up and she is ONE OF US!
I'll cut Rush the slack on this because he's fighting the good fight and this entails stress and strain of a great magnitude. He's carrying a massive load. You can tell it today in his voice...and the slightly increased inhalation of his breath.
He owes this woman an apology for jumping all over her before she could even explain herself....but that won't happen. Rush loves us, but that seldom means saying "I'm sorry", LOL.
So I'll say it for him. He was out of line, ma'am.
And don't jump all over me. I'm the second biggest Rush fan in the country....and I have listened to him almost without fail every day for 19 years....unless I was sick or away on a Freeper cruise!

Tornadoes don’t scare me. I lived in Kansas for 2 years and saw lots of tornados on the radar (I worked in the weather office) but none at my house.
As long as I don’t live near a trailer park, it’ll be fine.
