That’s Dodd’s proposal from the other day. I haven’t seen a draft of the new agreement, but the Washington Post is reporting that the provision has been removed.

I also saw on the Fox News ticker that ACORN and La Raza were getting the 20% of profits.
But, I don't know if this provision has been taken out or not...we'll probably see only when it is too late to do anything about it.

I think before any of us say there is or isn’t ACORN money, we need to see the details of this “new” bill. So far, only the old ones have been posted.
