I caught that as well. McCain mentioned Hillary, and then Obama mentioned that Roosevelt bought up houses... Is that true at ALL, in any way shape or form? (I admit it’s been a while since I examined this... My daughter will covering this in-depth in homeschool later this year.)

Could not put my finger on it, but Obama was terrible. Not so much what he said ( I am baised ) but some weird looks or something. I would not make a good commentator but he was aweful.

I briefly tuned to MSNBC & swear I heard Chrissy say that he thought McCain turned the economic issue around against Obama when he ( Chrissy ) thought that Obama should have cleaned his clock...said that all the talk about cutting spending was really very effective...( I swear I’m not hallucinating )....
The Nixon/Kennedy debate was a textbook case of the power of a visual image, i.e. the TV screen.
People that listened to the debate on the radio thought Nixon won. People watching the debate on TV saw Nixon sweating profusely and interpreted it differently.
OMG hilarious. His rapid response team is awesome!! Especially for a man who “doesn’t know how to use the internet!”

Very proud of McCain tonight. Obama just couldn’t compensate for McCain’s vast knowledge, insight and experience. The only thing I wish McCain would do different is not wear anymore blah ties. A blue, yellow or deep red tie would have looked nice. Everytime I thought Obama had scored a point, McCain would come back and wipe it out and then some. Great job!
